The film stars Mammootty in the lead role as Kunjakka, along with Jayasurya, Bhavana, Nikita Thukral, Mamta Mohandas, Innocent, Salim Kumar, Harisree Ashokan, Kalpana and Adithya Menon in supporting roles. Teja Bhai and Family is a 2011 Indian Malayalam-language action comedy film directed by Deepu Karunakaran, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Akhila Sasidharan, and Suraj Venjaramoodu in the lead roles. One of the songs, Oru Madhura Kinavin was sung by Vijay Yesudas. The original version of this song from the movie, Kanamarayathu was sung Vijay Yesudas's father, K. J. Yesudas.

Pigman is a 2013 Indian Malayalam-language film directed by Avira Rebecca and written by N. Prabhakaran based on his own short story of the same name.
