Aaron Best (born January 27, 1978) is an American football coach and former player. He is the head coach at Eastern Washington University, his alma mater, promoted from offensive coordinator in January 2017.
Best graduated in 1996 from Curtis Senior High School in Tacoma, Washington, where he had a 3.75 grade point average. He was a co-captain his senior season as Curtis won the State 3A football championship.
Best spent four years at Eastern Washington as a long snapper and center. He started 22 straight games as a junior and senior, earning First Team All-Big Sky Conference and Honorable Mention All-American honors.
From 2000 to 2001, Best served as a student/graduate assistant at Eastern Washington. From 2002 to 2006, Best served as the offensive line coach, during which time he helped develop 2005 NFL draft selection Michael Roos, who was taken in the second round by the Tennessee Titans.
In 2007, Best became the offensive line coach for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The next year in 2008, Best returned to EWU as the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach under new head coach Beau Baldwin. Best was part of the coaching staff in 2010, when the Eagles won the FCS national championship.
When Baldwin left after the 2016 season to become the offensive coordinator at California, Best was named co-interim head coach on January 16, 2017. Four days later, Best was promoted to head coach. [1]

Rick Steven Dennison is an American football coach and former linebacker who is currently the senior offensive assistant for the New Orleans Saints. He was the offensive line coach and run game coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL) from 2019 to 2020. An assistant in the NFL since 1995, he served as offensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos, Houston Texans (2010–2013), and Buffalo Bills (2017), and served as quarterbacks coach for the Baltimore Ravens in 2014. He was the special teams coach for the Super Bowl Champion Broncos in 1997 and 1998. A linebacker who spent his entire NFL playing career in Denver from 1982 to 1990, he appeared in Super Bowls XXI, XXII, and XXIV.
Todd Washington is an American football coach and former center who most recently served as the assistant offensive line coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as an assistant coach for the New York Jets, Orlando Apollos, Baltimore Ravens, Hartford Colonials and the University of San Diego.
Michael David Kramer is a former American football coach and former player, most recently the head football coach at Idaho State University of the Big Sky Conference. Kramer was previously the head coach at two other schools in the conference: Eastern Washington University (1994–1999) and Montana State University (2000–2006). Kramer has coached teams to four Big Sky championships, one at Eastern Washington (1997), and three at Montana State. Kramer retired from his position at Idaho State on March 30, 2017.
Claude Neil Callaway is an American college football coach and former player who was most recently the offensive line coach for the Birmingham Stallions of the United Football League (UFL). Callaway served as the head football coach at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) from 2007 to 2011, compiling a record of 18–42. A 1974 graduate of Central High School in Macon, Georgia, he played collegiately at the University of Alabama for coach Bear Bryant as a lineman and linebacker before graduating in 1978.
Kevin Reece Wilson is an American football coach and former player who is the head coach at the University of Tulsa. He was the offensive coordinator at Ohio State University from 2017 to 2022. Wilson was head coach at Indiana University from 2011 to 2016, and offensive coordinator at the University of Oklahoma from 2002 to 2010.
Paul Louis Wulff is an American football coach and former player. In December 2022, he was appointed head coach at California Polytechnic State University. Wulff previously served as the head coach at Eastern Washington University from 2000 to 2007 and at Washington State University from 2008 to 2011, compiling an overall record of 62–80. As a student-athlete, he played on the offensive line at Washington State during the late 1980s, earning honorable mention All-American honors following his senior season in 1989.
Aaron Kromer is an American football coach who is the offensive line coach for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). Kromer served as the interim head coach of the New Orleans Saints for the first six games of the 2012 season.
Michael Anthony Locksley is an American football coach. He is currently the head football coach at the University of Maryland, a position he has held since 2019.
Jeff Grimes is an American football coach, and the offensive coordinator for the Kansas Jayhawks. He was previously the offensive coordinator at both Baylor University and Brigham Young University (BYU), Louisiana State University's (LSU) offensive line coach and run game coordinator, and the offensive line coach at both Virginia Tech (2013) and Auburn University. Beau Daniel Baldwin is an American football coach and former player. He is the quarterbacks coach for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Previously, he was the head football coach for the Cal Poly Mustangs, a position he held from December 2019 to 2022. Baldwin previously served as the head football coach at Central Washington University in 2007 and at Eastern Washington University from 2008 to 2016. He led the 2010 Eastern Washington Eagles football team to an NCAA Division I Football Championship. Baldwin was the offensive coordinator for the California Golden Bears from 2017 to 2019 and for the Arizona State Sun Devils in 2023.
Gregory P. Roman is an American football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). Previously, he was the offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens for four seasons and resigned from the team following the 2022 season. Prior to serving with the Baltimore Ravens, Roman was an assistant coach for the Buffalo Bills, San Francisco 49ers, Houston Texans and Carolina Panthers.
Kurt Kristoffer Anderson is an American football coach and former player. His most recent job was offensive line coach with the Northwestern Wildcats, where he has coached two first round draft picks in Rashawn Slater, number thirteen overall in 2021 to the Los Angeles Chargers and Peter Skoronski number eleven overall in 2023 to the Tennessee Titans. He was dismissed by head coach David Braun after the 2023 season. He is the former offensive line coach at the University of Arkansas where he coached Frank Ragnow the number twenty overall pick in 2018 to the Detroit Lions. Anderson played college football at the University of Michigan. After his playing career, Anderson became a professional football coach. He served as the assistant offensive line coach for the Buffalo Bills in the National Football League (NFL). In the 2015 season, Anderson took over head offensive line coaching duties for training camp and the first six weeks of the regular season for the suspended Aaron Kromer.
Bret Alexander Ingalls is an American football coach. He is an offensive assistant at the University of Michigan, a position he has held since 2022. Ingalls was an assistant coach with the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL) from 2009 to 2016. He also served as an offensive coordinator at San Diego State University, the University of Louisville, Northern Iowa University, and the University of Idaho between 1992 and 2003.

Thomas Condell is a professional Canadian football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a Grey Cup champion having won as an assistant coach with the Toronto Argonauts in 2017. He played college football as a wide receiver for the Lock Haven Bald Eagles and Cortland Red Dragons.
