Cartoon Network Studios is an American animation studio owned by the Warner Bros. Television Studios division of Warner Bros. Entertainment, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery. The studio is the production arm of Cartoon Network, and was founded on October 21, 1994, as a division of Hanna-Barbera, until the latter was absorbed into Warner Bros. Animation in 2001.
Dexter's Laboratory is an American animated television series created by Genndy Tartakovsky for Cartoon Network as the first Cartoon Cartoon. The series follows Dexter, an enthusiastic boy-genius with a hidden science laboratory in his room full of inventions, which he keeps secret from his clueless parents, who are only referred to as "Mom" and "Dad". Dexter is at constant odds with his older and more extroverted sister Dee Dee, who always gains access to the lab and inadvertently foils his experiments. Dexter has a bitter rivalry with his neighbor and classmate Mandark, a nefarious boy-genius who attempts to undermine Dexter at every opportunity. Prominently featured in the first and second seasons are other segments focusing on superhero-based characters Monkey, Dexter's pet lab-monkey/superhero, and the Justice Friends, a trio of superheroes who share an apartment.
Gennady Borisovich "Genndy" Tartakovsky is a Russian-American animator, writer, producer, and director. He is best known as the creator of various animated television series on Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, including Dexter's Laboratory, Samurai Jack, Star Wars: Clone Wars, Sym-Bionic Titan, Primal and Unicorn: Warriors Eternal.
Carl Harvey Greenblatt is an American animator, storyboard artist, writer, director, producer, and voice actor. He has worked on Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants and on Cartoon Network's The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Evil Con Carne. He is the creator of Cartoon Network's Chowder, Nickelodeon's Harvey Beaks, and creator and executive producer of Jellystone!, a Hanna-Barbera animated series for HBO Max produced by Warner Bros. Animation.
What a Cartoon! is an American animated anthology series created by Fred Seibert for Cartoon Network. The shorts were produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions; by the end of the run, a Cartoon Network Studios production tag was added to some shorts to signal they were original to the network. The project consisted of 48 cartoons, intended to return creative power to animators and artists, by recreating the atmospheres that spawned the iconic cartoon characters of the mid-20th century. Each of the shorts mirrored the structure of a theatrical cartoon, with each film being based on an original storyboard drawn and written by its artist or creator. Three of the cartoons were paired together into a half-hour episode.
Robert John Renzetti is an American animator and author. Renzetti is known for creating My Life as a Teenage Robot and the Oh Yeah! Cartoons series Mina and the Count for Nickelodeon, directing Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, and Samurai Jack for Cartoon Network and serving as the animation director of Sym-Bionic Titan. He was also the supervising producer on the Disney Channel animated television series Gravity Falls and an executive producer on Big City Greens. He most recently served as story editor and co-executive producer on Kid Cosmic for Netflix and is currently writing his first original novel entitled The Horrible Bag of Terrible Things to be published by Penguin Workshop, an imprint of Penguin Random House.

He received his first credit for the 1981 adult animated film Heavy Metal. He gained notoriety throughout the late 1980s and 1990s as an animator for Jetsons: The Movie, Once Upon a Forest, The Town Santa Forgot, and The Ren & Stimpy Show, among others.
Robert Frank Camp is an American animator, writer, cartoonist, comic book artist, storyboard artist, director, and producer. He has been nominated for two Emmys, a CableACE Award, and an Annie Award for his work on The Ren & Stimpy Show.
Korgoth of Barbaria is an American adult animated television pilot created by Aaron Springer, a storyboard artist, writer and director for Dexter's Laboratory, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Samurai Jack, and SpongeBob SquarePants, who previously created another failed pilot at Cartoon Network Studios called Periwinkle Around the World. He would later go on to produce Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer for Disney XD. Genndy Tartakovsky, creator of Dexter's Laboratory and Samurai Jack, directed the animation for the pilot. This was not the only time he worked on a pilot created by Springer, as Tartakovsky also produced and directed Periwinkle Around the World. It is the first Cartoon Network Studios production to be co-produced by Williams Street.
Paul Bernard Rudish is an American animator, storyboard artist, writer, and voice actor, originally known for his art, writing, and design work at Cartoon Network Studios on series created by Genndy Tartakovsky. He went on to co-create the series Sym-Bionic Titan and, in 2013, developed, wrote, storyboarded, executive produced, and directed a revival of Mickey Mouse short cartoons.
Brian Darrell "Luke" Brookshier is an American animator, storyboard artist, screenwriter, and director known for his work on Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants and he was nominated for an Emmy Award for "Outstanding Animated Program" for writing the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Wigstruck". After SpongeBob, Brookshier went on to work as writer and storyboard artist in the first season of Cartoon Network's Uncle Grandpa. He studied animation at the California Institute of Arts. He was also a storyboard artist for the animated series Kim Possible and worked on the character layout for King of the Hill. He also had one of his shows turned into a Golden Book: Mr FancyPants!. He storyboarded the Gravity Falls episode "The Hand that Rocks the Mabel" and the Wabbit episode "Sun Valley Freeze".
Clayton McKenzie Morrow is an American animator, writer, director, storyboard artist and storyboard director. He is the son of Oscar and Emmy winning screenwriter Barry Morrow.
John Andrew Overtoom is an American animation director, writer, photographer, and cinematographer. Recent credits include Nickelodeon’s The Patrick Star Show as well as the animated feature film The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, where he served as CG animation director and head of character animation. He was supervising animation director on the Cartoon Network series Clarence, as well as Disney XD’s animated television series Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer where he was a writer and animation supervisor. In 1999, after two years as an animation timer on The Angry Beavers, Overtoom was hired as an animation director on the Nickelodeon animated television series SpongeBob SquarePants, for which he was nominated for Emmy Awards in 2004, 2007 and 2011. My Life with Morrissey is Overtoom's first award-winning live action feature as a writer/director/cinematographer and is distributed by MVD. Other credits include Family Guy and American Dad for Fox TV, and Phineas and Ferb and Dave the Barbarian for Disney.
Bryan D. Andrews is an American storyboard artist and writer known for his work in science fiction and superhero films. Born in 1975, Andrews began his film career with a credit in Warner Bros. Feature Animation's 1998 film Quest for Camelot. He contributed to Joseph: King of Dreams, Jackie Chan Adventures, Samurai Jack, My Life as a Teenage Robot, and various installments of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as Doctor Strange and Avengers: Endgame. Andrews also worked alongside Genndy Tartakovsky to produce the animated series Sym-Bionic Titan for Cartoon Network, which ran for 20 episodes.
Robertryan Cory is an American animator known for his work in character design for series such as SpongeBob SquarePants (1999–present) and Secret Mountain Fort Awesome (2011–12), the latter of which he co-developed and earned a Creative Arts Emmy Award for "Outstanding Individual in Animation" at the 64th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards in 2012 for.
