Abu Hurraira Dhanani is an international [1] jiu-jitsu athlete from Pakistan. Abu participated in the World Games, World Championship, Asian Beach Games, and Asian Indoor Martial Art Games, [2] and won the Silver medal in the Ju-jitsu World Championship 2015.[ citation needed ]

Abu has won three Asian gold medals for Pakistan in the Asian Championship 2010, [3] Asian Championship 2010, & Asian Beach Games 2014, respectively.[ citation needed ]

As of October 2022, Abu Hurraira Dhanani held four gold medals, six silver medals, and three Bronze medals [4] in international events which is a result of an undying drive and evidence of his strength of character.[ according to whom? ]

In September 2021, Abu won 2 bronze medals in the 5th Asian Championship . [5]

Abu started playing Jiu-Jitsu, [6] and earned his laurels, from Pakistan Jiu-Jitsu since 2004.[ citation needed ] Abu has remained unbeaten in jiu jitsu in Pakistan since 2010. He is also the only athlete who represented Pakistan in the World Games 2017. [7]

Abu Hurraira Dhanani also gives free training in self-defense to orphans and females and spreads awareness of self-defense and harassment. [8]

Maybelline Masuda is a Filipino Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. She has earned the Philippines prestige by winning and becoming the first Filipino Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion as a white belt in 2009 and for winning the Country's 1st ever gold medal at the Asian Beach Games for Ju Jitsu in 2014.

Talha Talib is a Pakistani weightlifter from Gujranwala. He is the Pakistani national champion in the 62 kg category. He set a new record at the games in snatch as he lifted 132 kg in the third attempt with 127 kg and 130 kg in the first two attempts, respectively. He was also a gold medalist at the 2016 Commonwealth Youth Weightlifting Championships in Penang. He lifted 258 kg to clinch the gold. He is currently the top No. 1 ranked weightlifter of Pakistan.
