Adam Brian London (born 12 October 1988) is an English first-class cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman and right arm off spinner. [1]
Born in Ashford,Middlesex,London played for Middlesex and was given the no.19 squad number.
After his short professional career,London became the Director of Cricket at Richmond Cricket Club in South West London
London played for the Middlesex 2nd XI cricket team and has a highest score of 196 against Sussex at Horsham in the Second XI Championship, [2] and 111* in the 2nd XI Trophy. [3]
London came on the pitch for England against Australia in the Ashes as a substitute fielder for Kevin Pietersen on 17 July 2009,the second day of the second Test of the series at Lords.[ citation needed ]
London made his first-class debut in August 2009,for Middlesex at Lord's against Gloucestershire scoring 68 and 11. [4] [5]

The 1787 cricket season in England is noteworthy for the foundation of Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) after the opening of Thomas Lord's first ground in the parish of Marylebone,north of London. Frank Henry Vigar was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Essex County Cricket Club between 1938 and 1954. A right-handed batsman,and leg break bowler,Vigar served as an all-rounder with 8,858 runs at 26.28 and 241 wickets at 37.90. From his rained-off debut in 1938,Vigar went on to play 257 matches for his county. His greatest success came in the "golden summer" of 1947,where he scored 1,735 runs and took 64 wickets. A partnership with Peter Smith of 218 for the final wicket remains an Essex record.

Christopher John Aworth is a retired cricketer for Surrey and Cambridge University. A left-handed batsman and occasional left-arm spin bowler born in Wimbledon,Aworth played for Surrey's Second XI from 1971 before appearing for Cambridge against the MCC in 1972 and making his first-class debut for them against Warwickshire in 1973. In July 1974 he was selected for Surrey's First XI and debuted against Lancashire. He would play twenty-eight County Championship matches for Surrey,as well as eighteen one day games in the John Player League and Benson and Hedges Cup. He scored 67 in the semi-final of the 1976 Benson &Hedges Cup. For Cambridge he made thirty-one appearances in total. Across his first-class career,he scored 2,552 runs including three centuries. His professional career ended in 1976 with matches against the British Army.

The 2020 Bob Willis Trophy was a first-class cricket tournament held in the 2020 English cricket season,and the inaugural edition of the Bob Willis Trophy. It was separate from the County Championship,which was not held in 2020 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Kingdom. The eighteen county cricket teams were split into three regional groups of six,with the two group winners with the most points advancing to a final held at Lord's. The maximum number of overs bowled in a day was reduced from 96 to 90,and the team's first innings could be no longer than 120 overs.
