The 1920 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the VII Olympiad and commonly known as Antwerp 1920, were an international multi-sport event held in 1920 in Antwerp, Belgium.

Following the Olympics it was converted to a football stadium. Its current tenant is K Beerschot VA, a Belgian football club. There are no remnants of the Olympic athletics track.
Khasan Makharbekovich Baroyev is a Russian Greco-Roman wrestler of Ossetian origin, who competes in the 120 kg weightclass. He competed in the Men's Greco-Roman 120 kg at the 2004 Summer Olympics and won the gold medal. He is also the 2003 and 2006 world champion. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, he was awarded the silver medal, which was later stripped due to doping. He also competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics.

He competed at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics and won a bronze medal in 2008; he was promoted to the second place after disqualification of Khasan Baroyev in November 2016. Mizgaitis also competed in several world and European championships between 1999 and 2010 with the best result of third place at the 2010 European and fourth place at the 2003 World Championships.
Travis Stevens is an American judoka and Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner who competed in the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Summer Olympics. He competes in the men's half-middleweight (−81 kg) division. On August 9, 2016, Stevens became the third American male judoka to win a silver medal in the Olympics.
Antoine Valois-Fortier is a Canadian retired judoka who won the bronze medal in the −81 kg category at the 2012 Olympics, becoming the first Canadian to win a medal in Olympic judo in twelve years and the fifth to win one in Canadian history.
Sergiu Toma is a Moldovan-born Emirati judoka. He competed for the United Arab Emirates in the 81 kg category at the 2016 Olympic Games and defeated Takanori Nagase to enter the semi-finals. He lost his semi-final match to Khasan Khalmurzaev, but then beat Matteo Marconcini in the bronze medal match. At the 2008 and 2012 Olympics he competed for Moldova but was eliminated in the early rounds.
Mihály Deák-Bárdos is a Hungarian amateur Greco-Roman wrestler, who played for the men's super heavyweight category. He is a four-time Olympian, and a six-time medalist at the European Championships. Deák-Bárdos had also won a total of five silver medals at the World Championships, losing out to numerous top-level wrestlers including Alexander Karelin, Rulon Gardner, Khasan Baroyev, and Mijaín López, all of whom were Olympic champions in the same division.
Yannick Szczepaniak is an amateur French Greco-Roman wrestler, who played for the men's super heavyweight category. He is also a two-time Olympian, a ten-time national wrestling champion, and a member of ASSO Sarreguemines Lutte, being coached and trained by Patrice Mourier.
David Vála is an amateur Czech Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's heavyweight category. He won a silver medal in his division at the 2007 European Wrestling Championships in Moscow, Russia, losing out to Russian wrestler and former Olympic champion Khasan Baroyev. Vala is also a three-time Olympian, and a member of the wrestling team for PSK Olymp Praha under his personal coach Ervin Varga.

Andrei Paulavich Chekhauskoi is a retired amateur Belarusian Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's super heavyweight category. Standing at 2.00 metres tall and weighing at exactly 120 kg, Chekhauskoi offered a chance to claim a spot at the very last minute to represent his nation Belarus at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He also trained as a member of the Greco-Roman wrestling team for SKA Minsk, under his personal coach Uladzimir Primak.
Sajjad Barzi is a retired amateur Iranian Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's super heavyweight category. Barzi has claimed three medals in the 120-kg division at the Asian Championships, and later finished fourth at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Throughout his sporting career, Barzi trained full-time for Hafti Wrestling Club in Tehran, under his head coach Hassan Babak.
Khasan Magometovich Khalmurzaev is a Russian judoka. Khasan won the gold medal in the –81 kg event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Saeid Mollaei was born on January 5, 1992, in Tehran to ethnic Azerbaijani parents originally from Khoy. In 2001, at the age of 10, he entered the Persian Gulf Judo School by Dr. Mehrdad Hassanzadeh, a judo instructor. Iranian authorities ordered Mollaei to intentionally lose in the semi-final at the Tokyo 2019 World Championships, so as to avoid a potential match in the finals against Israeli 2019 world champion Sagi Muki. In August 2019, he moved to Europe with a two-year visa from Germany, saying he was afraid to return to Iran after exposing and criticizing its pressure on him to deliberately lose in the World Championships. In December 2019, he became a citizen of Mongolia. He dedicated his 2020 Olympic medal to Mongolia and Mongol People and to Israel. From May 2022 on, Mollaei represents Azerbaijan.
