Akhil George [1] [2] [3] is an Indian cinematographer, who works predominantly in the Malayalam cinema industry. He is a graduate of the B.Tech in Electronics and Media Technology at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore.

Career

He started his career with the debut movie Adventures of Omanakkuttan in 2017 along with his college mate Rohith V.S, who directed the movie. Later gained acceptance for his collaborations with Rohith for the critically acclaimed movies Iblis and Kala. He did project design and jointly produced the movie Kala (2021 film) along with actor Tovino Thomas and Rohith V.S. [4]

Vayalar Ramavarma, also known as Vayalar, was an Indian poet and lyricist of Malayalam language. He was known for his poems which include Sargasangeetham, Mulankaadu, Padamudrakal, Aayisha and Oru Judas janikkunnu and for around 1300 songs he penned for 256 Malayalam films. Vikruthi (transl. Mischief) is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language comedy drama film directed by Emcy Joseph and produced by A. D. Sreekumar, Ganesh Menon and Lakshmi Warrier. The film stars Suraj Venjarammoodu and Soubin Shahir in the lead roles. The film is based on true events that occurred on a Kochi Metro train, where a picture of a sleeping hearing/speech-impaired man was taken and shared online by a passenger assuming he was drunk. It upsets the man and his family after it goes viral. The film was released on 4 October 2019. The film was remade in Tamil as Payanigal Gavanikkavum.

Darshana Rajendran is an Indian actress who works predominantly in the Malayalam and Tamil film industries. Darshana debuted her acting career in the 2014 Malayalam film John Paul Vaathil Thurakkunnu. She then acted in Mayanadhi directed by Aashiq Abu.Her other films include Virus (2019), directed by Aashiq Abu, Vijay Superum Pournamiyum, (2019) directed by Jis Joy, Koode directed by Anjali Menon, Hridayam (2022) directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan and Thuramukham directed by Rajeev Ravi. Halal Love Story is a 2020 Malayalam-language comedy drama film directed by Zakariya Mohammed. The movie is scripted jointly by Zakariya and Muhsin Parari, with Ashif Kakkodi credited as co-writer. The film is bankrolled by Aashiq Abu under the banner OPM Cinemas, Jesna Ashim and Harshad Ali under Papaya Films. Zakariya and Muhsin Parari along with cinematographer Ajay Menon and editor Saiju Shreedharan are credited as co-producers under the banner Ourhood Movies.
