Akio Ohta (born 3 September 1984) is a Japanese speed skater. He competed in the men's 500 metres event at the 2010 Winter Olympics. [1]
The field hockey tournament at the 1964 Summer Olympics was the 10th edition of the field hockey event for men at the Summer Olympic Games. It was held from 11 to 23 October 1964. All games were played at the Komazawa Hockey Field in Tokyo, Japan.

Karel Lismont won Belgium's second medal in the marathon with his silver. Mamo Wolde of Ethiopia became only the second man, after his countryman Abebe Bikila, to win two medals in the marathon. Ethiopia's four-Games medal streak was matched only by Finland (1920–1932).
Akio Sohda was a Japanese field hockey player who competed in the 1932 Summer Olympics. He was born in Dalian, China. In 1932 he was a member of the Japanese field hockey team, which won the silver medal. He played two matches as back.
