Alan Joseph Grindal (born 18 February 1940) is an Australian former cyclist. [1] He competed in the individual road race and team time trial events at the 1960 Summer Olympics. [2]

As a player, he represented Australia from 1964 to 1974, playing in 93 games. He coached the Australian women's hockey team from 1980 to 1992.
