Albert Gelis Juanola (born 26 October 1981) is a vision-impaired S12 swimmer from Spain.

Gelis was born on 26 October 1981 in Sant Joan les Fonts, Girona. [1] He is from the Catalan region of Spain. [2]

Swimming

Gelis is a vision impaired S12 swimmer. [1] He competed at the 2004 Summer Paralympics, 2008 Summer Paralympics and 2012 Summer Paralympics. He earned a silver medal at the 2004 Games in the 4 x 100 meter 49 Points Medley Relay. [1] [2] In 2007, he competed at the IDM German Open. [3] From the Catalan region of Spain, he was a recipient of a 2012 Plan ADO scholarship. [2] Prior to heading to London for the 2012 Games, he participated in a national vision impaired swim team training camp at the High Performance Centre of Sant Cugat from 6 to 23 August. Daily at the camp, there were two in water training sessions and one out of water training session. [4]

She competed at the 2008 Summer Paralympics, winning a silver in the 100 meter butterfly race. She also raced at the IBSA World Games in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She raced at the 2006 World Swimming Championship in Durban, South Africa and the II IBSA World Blind Championships in 2003 in Quebec, Canada. She set world records in the 2003 races in the 4 X 50 meter Freestyle S11 - S13 race, the 800 meter freestyle S12 race and the 4 X 50 meter medley S11 - S13 race.

Daniel Llambrich Gabriel is a vision impaired S12/B2 swimmer from Spain. His job in 2008 was working as a coupon seller. He competed at the 1996 Summer Paralympics and the 2000 Summer Paralympics, where he did not medal. He swam at the 2004 Summer Paralympics, winning a silver medal in the 4 x 100 meter 49 points medley relay. He raced at the 2008 Summer Paralympics.

Francisco Segarra Simón is a vision impaired S12 swimmer from Spain. He competed at the 1996 Summer Paralympics, winning a pair of silver medals in the 400 meter freestyle race and the 100 meter backstroke race. He raced at the 2000 Summer Paralympics, earning a pair of bronze medals in the 4 x 100 meter relay medley 49 points race and the 100 meter backstroke race.
