Albert K. Fiadjoe is a Ghanaian and Barbadian academic and an Emeritus Professor of Public Law. [1]
Fiadjoe was born in Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana. He earned his LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Ghana,as well as an LL.M and a PhD from the University of London. He was a former dean of the faculty of law in Barbados and rose to become a professor (emeritus) of public law at the University of the West Indies. [2]
Fiadjoe is an emeritus professor of public law and a former consultant with Fugar and Company. He is a legal consultant and academician in the areas of corporate law,comparative law,arbitration and alternative dispute resolution and public law. [3] He was a visiting professor of law at Florida State University and Howard University,and a senior lecturer in the faculty of law,University of the West Indies. [4] [5] Fiadjoe is a former Council Member of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences,of which he is a Fellow. [6] [7]
Fiadjoe was appointed by President Mills to chair a nine-member Constitution Review Commission of the Republic of Ghana 2010 to 2012. [8] The commission was established to ascertain views on the operation of Ghana's 1992 Fourth Republican Constitution,and in particular its strengths and weaknesses. [9] The commission received 83,616 submissions gathered from regional and districts fora,mini consultations with relevant organizationsbas well as Africans in the Diaspora. [10] The commission prepared a 960-page report and completed its work in 2012. [11] The Government published a White Paper in response to the report and recommendations of the Commission [12]
Fiadjoe has consulted for the European Union (EU),the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP),the World Bank,the Organisation of American States (OAS),the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Inter-American Development Bank,among others. [13] [14]
Fiadjoe is a Member of the Ghana Bar Association,the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA),a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana,a Notary Public,Arbitrator and Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioner. [2]

Albert Kwadwo Adu Boahen was a Ghanaian academic,historian,and politician. He was an academic at the University of Ghana from 1959 to 1990,from 1971 onwards as a professor. As a politician,he notably was a candidate in the 1992 Ghanaian presidential election,representing the main opposition New Patriotic Party.
Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong,is a Ghanaian female legal practitioner and a former Attorney General of Ghana and Minister for Justice of Ghana. She was appointed by President Mahama in 2013. She is the second woman to hold this office in the country,the first being Mrs. Betty Mould-Iddrisu. Her tenure as Attorney General of Ghana ended on 6 January 2017. She was appointed to serve on the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce from 1 July 2018 for a three-year term. She is Honorary Council Member of the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA).
Vincent Cyril Richard Arthur Charles (V.C.R.A.C.) Crabbe was a Ghanaian jurist and public servant. He was a judge of the Supreme Court of Ghana from 1970 to 1972 and from 1980 to 1982. Before his appointment on the court,he formed and headed a permanent electoral commission to conduct the 1969 Ghanaian Election. He chaired the Constituent Assembly of 1979 that deliberated over and presented a constitution for Ghana's Third Republic before his reappointment to the supreme court.
Marian Ewurama Addy was a Ghanaian biochemist and the first Host of the National Science and Maths Quiz. The first Ghanaian woman to attain the rank of full professor of natural science,Addy became a role model for school girls and budding female scientists on the limitless opportunities in science,technology,engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines. Marian Addy was also a Fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences,elected in 1999. In the same year,she was awarded the UNESCO Kalinga Prize for the Popularization of Science.

Anselmus Kodzo Paaku Kludze was a Ghanaian lawyer,author and academic who served as a judge for the Supreme Court of Ghana and was also a professor. He was an Emeritus Professor of law at Rutgers University,Camden,New Jersey,United States,a chairman of the Law Reform Commission of Ghana,a Fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts,London.
Ebenezer Laing,was a Ghanaian botanist and geneticist who served as the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana,Legon. He was a professor at the University of Ghana,Legon,and later an emeritus professor. Laing,together with his university and faculty colleague,George C. Clerk (1931–2019),was one of the first Ghanaian academics to specialise in botany as a scientific discipline and contributed significantly to the growth of the field in Ghana. He was also a Fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences,inducted in 1965. In 1985,he was elected an inaugural Fellow of the African Academy of Sciences.
George Kwabena Effah Benneh was a Ghanaian geographer,academic and university administrator who served as the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ghana,Legon from 1992 to 1996. He was a professor and later an emeritus professor of Geography and Resource Development at the same university. Benneh was Minister of Lands,Natural Resources,Fuel and Power from 1979 to May 1981 and Minister of Finance from May 1981 to December 1981 under Hilla Limann during the Third Republic. Before this,Benneh has served as Commissioner for Lands,Natural Resources,Fuel and Power under the SMC II and AFRC regimes.
