Badminton career

Alex won the singles European Under 17 Junior Gold in 2001. He won his first senior international title at the 2015 Slovak Open in the men's singles event. [3]

Personal life

His mother is Suzanne Louis-Lane, father Richard Lane and brother is Ben Lane. [4]

Marcus Ellis is a British badminton player. He was the men's doubles champion in the English National Championships. Ellis and Chris Langridge won a bronze medal in the men's doubles at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, also gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia. At the 2019 Minsk European Games, Ellis captured two gold medals; in the men's doubles with Langridge and in the mixed doubles event with Lauren Smith.

Anders Skaarup Rasmussen is a Danish badminton player. Rasmussen won the men's doubles title at the 2018 European Championships and at the 2023 European Games partnered with Kim Astrup. He also won the bronze medal at the World Championships in 2021 and later a silver medal in 2023. Henri Aarnio is a Finnish badminton player. He started playing badminton at 9 years old, then at age 19, he won the Finnish International Junior Championships in boys' singles. In the senior event, he clinched the men's doubles title at the 2013 Irish Future Series tournament with his partner Sam Magee. Dolan also won the Irish National Badminton Championships in the men's singles and doubles event in 2014 and 2019. He entered the Badminton Europe Centre of Excellence (CoE) program in February 2018.

Lucas Maurice Corvée is a French badminton player affiliated with Issy Les Moulineaux 92 club. Corvée started playing badminton at aged 6 in Alençon badminton club. His mother also a professional badminton player. He became a member of the France national badminton team in 2010, then in 2011, he won a bronze medal at the European Junior Championships in boys' doubles event. Corvée was the champion of the 2013 Puerto Rico International tournament in the men's doubles event partnered with Brice Leverdez.

Toma Junior Popov is a French badminton player. He won the bronze medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the boys' singles event. Popov made history as the first non-Danish male player to win a European Junior team gold as well as the men's singles and doubles in 2017. He joined Peter Gade, Jim Laugesen, and Thomas Stuer-Lauridsen as the only men to have ever completed the treble. He competed at the 2018 Mediterranean Games and claimed the men's singles bronze medal.

Nhat Nguyen is an Irish badminton player. Born in Vietnam, Nguyen left the country for a new life in Dublin, Ireland along with his parents and older sister, when he was six years old. Then, he started playing badminton at the local club with his father. He was the gold medalist at the 2016 European U17 Championships in the boys' singles event, and also won the bronze medal in the doubles event partnered with Paul Reynolds. At the same year, he clinched the men's singles title at the Irish National Championships. Nguyen won his first senior international title at the Polish International in the men's doubles event with Reynolds, after that the men's singles title at the Welsh International.

Christo Popov is a French badminton player who affiliate with Fos club. He was the boys' doubles European U15 and U17 Junior Champions, also won the boys' singles silver medals at the 2018 European and 2019 World Junior Championships. He reached a career high as boys' singles World Junior number 1 in January 2020. He then clinched the boys' singles title at the 2020 European Junior Championships.
