Ali Al Bukhaiti (born 10 September 1976) is a Yemeni politician, journalist, and writer.
He was a spokesman for the Houthi movement, [2] until deciding to split up from them. He moved between Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon, and currently lives in the United Kingdom. He wrote several political articles published on many sites, [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] and appeared on news channels such as BBC, [8] RT, [9] Al-Jazeera, [10] Al-Arabiya [11] and Al-Hurra. [12] Al-Bukhayti was close to the former Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh. [13] He attacked the Houthis and their practices in Yemen, [14] and as a result, he and his relatives were subjected to harassment and threats from them. [15]
In 2019, Al-Bukhaiti declared his "Irreligion", [16] and attacked the Islam and its rulings. [17] He and his family came under pressure because of this. [18]
Ali Abdullah Saleh al-Ahmar was a Yemeni politician who served as the first President of the Republic of Yemen, from Yemeni unification on 22 May 1990, to his resignation on 27 February 2012, following the Yemeni revolution. Previously, he had served as the fourth and last President of the Yemen Arab Republic, from July 1978 to 22 May 1990, after the assassination of President Ahmad al-Ghashmi. al-Ghashmi had earlier appointed Saleh as military governor in Taiz.

His grandfather, a judge in Amran city, moved and settled in Sanaa 1117, the twelfth century of Mohammed's migration — he was the first from his family to be properly educated. Consequently, his descendants maintained the title Amrani since then, but never lived in Amran city.
Mohammed Ali al-Houthi is a Yemeni political figure who is the former President of the Revolutionary Committee or Revolutionary Council, a body formed by Houthi militants and the de facto President of Yemen. He was one of the military field commanders who led the group's seizure of the Yemeni capital Sana’a in September 2014, and eventually became the de facto leader of Yemen after the Houthi takeover of the Yemeni government in 2015. He is a cousin of Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi, the group's leader.
Saleh Ali al-Sammad was a Yemeni political figure from the Houthi movement who served as the chairman of Yemen's Supreme Political Council and the de facto President of Yemen until his assassination.
The Battle of Sanaa (2017) was fought between forces loyal to Ali Abdullah Saleh and the Houthis in the Yemeni capital of Sana'a. Both sides were allied during the 2014–15 Houthi takeover of the government but the alliance ended when Saleh decided to break ranks with the Houthis and call for dialogue with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, who are leading a military intervention in Yemen. Fighting then broke out between the Houthis and forces loyal to Saleh as the Saudi-led coalition began bombing Houthi areas, ultimately resulting in Saleh's death and a Houthi victory.
Tareq Mohammed Abdullah Saleh is a Yemeni military commander and the nephew of the late President Ali Abdullah Saleh. He is currently a member of the presidential council of Yemen. His father was Major General Mohammed Abdullah Saleh. Prior to the national crisis beginning in 2011, he headed the elite Presidential Guard. In 2012, he was ordered to stand down from this position. On 10 April 2013, he was appointed as a military attaché to Germany in an effort to remove the remnants of the previous regime. He re-emerged as a commander in the Houthi-Saleh alliance when the Yemeni Civil War broke out in 2015. When this alliance collapsed in 2017, Tareq Saleh commanded troops loyal to his uncle. Prior to the collapse of the pro-Saleh forces, the Saudi-owned Al Arabiya reported that negotiations were ongoing to form a military council in Saleh-held areas, which would have been headed by Tareq.
Al Hudaydah offensive, also called Western Coast Offensive, describes the offensive launched in December 2017 by pro-government forces against the Houthis in Al Hudaydah Governorate as part of Yemen's 2015 civil war. As of December 2018, the pro-government forces have captured the towns of Al Khawkhah, Hays, At Tuhayta, and brokered a ceasefire in Al Hudaydah City. In November 2021, a coalition withdrawal led the Houthi forces to break the siege of Al Hudaydah and recapture At Tuhayta.

Turki bin Saleh Al-Maliki is a Saudi Arabian military officer and member of the Department of Plans and Operations at the command of the Royal Saudi Air Force. He is known for supporting Arab nations involved in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. Saleh has published several books on politics, social, history and culture. He also writes fot Lebanese and Arab newspapers and magazines. He has also contributed to the establishment of a house for the dissemination of enlightening and modernist thought, a cultural magazine, and a seminar for cultural dialogue with a group of thinkers and intellectuals in Lebanon and the Arab world.
