Ali warraich is a prominent kabaddi player born in Kathala Chenab [4] Gujrat District, Punjab, Pakistan, renowned for his exceptional skills and agility on the field. Often referred to as the Magnet of Kabaddi, [5] his powerful tackles and strategic moves have earned him recognition both nationally and internationally.
Warraich dedication to the sport is evident in his rigorous training regimen, which includes extensive physical exercises and a diet rich in meat, milk, eggs, and ghee to maintain peak physical condition. His performances have made him a formidable opponent, often leaving rival teams struggling to counter his plays.
In addition to his individual achievements, Warraich has contributed to the growth of kabaddi in his hometown. He played a significant role in the formation of the Gujrat Warriors team for the inaugural Super Kabaddi League (SKL) in 2017. Under the ownership of Chaudhry Nasrullah Warraich, the Gujrat Warriors clinched the championship title in 2018 by defeating Faisalabad Sherdils with a score of 38-26 .
