Alice Miller (born March 22,1939) is an American politician in the state of Vermont. She is a member of the Vermont House of Representatives,sitting as a Democrat from the Bennington-3 district,having been first elected in 1996. [1]

It is one of the 108 one or two member districts into which the state was divided by the redistricting and reapportionment plan developed by the Vermont General Assembly following the 2000 U.S. Census. The plan applies to legislatures elected in 2002,2004,2006,2008,and 2010. A new plan will be developed in 2012 following the 2010 U.S. Census.
