Alison Humby (born 7 December 1972) is a retired English badminton player. [1] Humby is a three time English junior champion, two-time medalist at the European junior championships and winner of several international tournaments in Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland and the EBU circuit in 1992/93. She chose to retire at the age of 23, ending her twelve year badminton career. [2]

World Junior Championships

The Bimantara World Junior Championships was an international invitation badminton tournament for junior players. It was held in Jakarta, Indonesia from 1987 to 1991.

Isabel Lohau is a German badminton player, specializing in doubles play. She started playing badminton at her hometown Hersbruck in 2001, and in 2010 she joined the Germany national badminton team. Doha Hany Mostafa is an Egyptian badminton player. She started playing badminton at aged five, and joined the national team in 2013. She won the bronze medal at the 2014 African Youth Games, and represented her country at the Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China. She was the women's doubles gold medalist at the 2019 African Games. Hany featured in Egypt team that for the first time won the All Africa Women's Team Championships in 2020, also claimed two title in the individual competition by winning the women's and mixed doubles event. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in three different events; women's singles, doubles and mixed doubles.

Tanisha Crasto is an Indian badminton player who was born in the United Arab Emirates. While formerly representing Bahrain, she won the women's doubles event at the 2016 Bahrain International Challenge partnered with Aprilsasi Putri Lejarsar Variella. In 2017, when she was 14 years old, she created history by winning the Indian Club UAE Open tournament in the women's singles event after beating Negin Amiripour of Iran. Emma Karlsson is a retired Swedish badminton player. She won gold at the 2017 European Junior Championships in the girls' doubles event with her partner, Johanna Magnusson. Karlsson won her first senior international title at the 2018 Swedish Open, and at the 2019 Norwegian International she claimed two titles in the women's and mixed doubles events.

Crystal Leefmans is a Surinamese badminton player. In 2010, she won the bronze medals at the Medellín South American Games in the mixed doubles and team event. In 2011, she won the mixed doubles title at the Carebaco International tournament in the individuals event of the Carebaco Games partnered with Mitchel Wongsodikromo. Leefmans was also the champion at the Suriname International tournament in 2012 and 2013. In 2018 she won the mixed doubles Carebaco International title again at home, this time partnering compatriot Dylan Darmohoetomo. She was the flagbearer for Suriname at the 2011 Pan Am Games.
