"All Y'all" is a song by the American recording duo Timbaland &Magoo. It has accompanying vocals by the R&B singer Tweet and Timbaland's brother Sebastian. The song was the second single released from Timbaland &Magoo's second album, Indecent Proposal (2001).
A music video for the single was directed by Nick Quested and was released in the week of December 10,2001. [1] The video follows the song's lyrical concept in a continuous shot,where Timbaland,Magoo,Sebastian and Tweet take turns performing in differing settings while following the camera.
The song debuted on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles &Tracks chart at number 77 in the week of November 10,2001. It peaked at 58 less than three weeks later.

Timbaland &Magoo were a rap duo consisting of producer/rapper Timothy "Timbaland" Mosley and rapper Melvin "Magoo" Barcliff,formed in 1989.
Stephen Ellis Garrett Jr.,known professionally as Static Major,was an American singer,songwriter,and record producer from Louisville,Kentucky. He was a member of the R&B trio Playa,and a songwriter for several artists,including Aaliyah,Ginuwine,Pretty Ricky,and Destiny's Child.
Indecent Proposal is the second studio album by American hip hop duo Timbaland &Magoo. It was released on November 20,2001,through Blackground/Virgin Records. Production was entirely handled by Timbaland himself,except for two songs,which were produced with Craig Brockman. It features guest appearances from Sebastian,Petey Pablo,Static Major,Sin,Tweet,Aaliyah,DJ S&S,Fatman Scoop,Jay-Z,Ludacris,Mad Skillz,Ms. Jade,Troy Mitchell and Twista. The album is dedicated to the memory of Aaliyah,who had died in a plane crash on August 25,2001.
