The Dresden Soul Symphony is a live album by The Dresden Soul Symphony,released October 24,2008. The musicians reinterpret soul hits and combine them with classical music. The musical ensemble includes vocals from Joy Denalane,Bilal,Dwele and Tweet,the MDR Symphony Orchestra and conducted by Jun Märkl.

The work,which is based on an early song cycle for soprano,tenor and piano,was composed by the then-Austrian composer Arnold Schoenberg from 1900 to 1903. Following a break,he resumed orchestration in 1910 and completed it in November 1911. It sets to music the poem cycle Gurresange by the Danish novelist Jens Peter Jacobsen.
Live in Boston is a triple CD live album by American rock band the Doors released in 2007. It was recorded at the Boston Arena on April 10,1970,during the band's Roadhouse Blues Tour. The band performed two shows,one starting at 7 pm and a second scheduled for 10 but not actually starting until past midnight. Jim Morrison appears to be intoxicated during the entire latter show,and continued drinking heavily throughout the performance. The late start ended with the venue's owners cutting power to the stage to force the end of the concert.

The MDR-Sinfonieorchester is a German radio orchestra based in Leipzig. It is the radio orchestra of Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk,the public broadcaster for the German states of Thuringia,Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. It is one of the oldest Radio orchestras in the world and the oldest in Germany. It was founded in Leipzig,Germany in 1923,with 115 musicians. Apart from a short interruption during World War II,it has been the main orchestra of the Central German Broadcasting Company (MDR) since 1924. The Kyiv Symphony Orchestra is a Ukrainian symphony orchestra based in Kyiv,Ukraine. It has been conducted by Luigi Gaggero since 2018. The orchestra played music by Ukrainian composers on a tour to major concert halls in Poland and Germany,beginning in April 2022.
