History

The franchise is co-owned by Gulf entrepreneur T S Kaladharan, Raphael Thomas, Shybu Mathew, Jibith Joy, and Noji Ismail. The Alleppey Ripples management has made brilliant player selections in auction by giving equal importance to experience and youth. Management has made Mohammed Azharuddeen named as the team's icon player. [4]

Krishna Prasad became the Ripples costliest buy at the KCL auction, fetching a price of INR 6.2 lakh. [5]

The Alleppey Ripples are set to play their practice sessions at the Sanatana Dharma College Ground in Alappuzha which is their home ground. [6]
