Allister de Winter (born 12 March 1968) is an Australian retired first class cricketer who played for the Tasmanian Tigers from 1986 until 1993. [1] Following his retirement,de Winter pursued a career as a junior development coach. In 2002 he coached the Tasmanian Tigers under-19 side,alongside fellow former Tigers player Michael Farrell. [2] In 2003 the Western Australian Cricket Association employed de Winter as a state development coach. In 2005 de Winter moved to Bangladesh,to take up the position as head coach of the Bangladesh National Cricket Academy and coach of the under-19 Bangladesh cricket team,taking them to a 5th place at the 2006 ICC under-19 World Cup. [3] He is currently the Assistant Coach of the Tasmanian Tigers,a position he has held since the 2007–08 season. [4]
The Bangladesh men's national cricket team,popularly known as The Tigers,is administered by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). It is a Full Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) with Test,One-Day International (ODI) and T20 International (T20I) status. It played its first Test match in November 2000 against India with a 9 wicket loss in Dhaka,becoming the tenth Test-playing nation. Bangladesh became an associate member of the ICC in 1977,and competed in six ICC Trophies,the leading ODI competition for non-Test playing nations.

He made it to the national team on the strength of his performances at the Under-19 level,where he captained the India national under-19 cricket team to victory in the Under-19 World Cup in 2000. With India,Kaif was a member of the Indian team that was one of the joint-winners of the 2002 ICC Champions Trophy,which the title was also shared with Sri Lanka,and was a member of the team that were runners-up in the 2003 Cricket World Cup.

Damien Geoffrey Wright is an Australian cricket coach and former first-class cricketer who coached Hobart Hurricanes cricket team. Wright made his debut for Tasmania in 1997,playing with the team until switching to Victoria for the 2008–09 season. In 2002 he played in the Scottish cricket team as their one permitted overseas player—he also had previous spells in county cricket with Northamptonshire,Glamorgan and Somerset. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm fast-medium bowler. He has a side-on bowling action and an ability to bounce the ball sharply. Wright started Coaching the Hobart Hurricanes in the Big Bash League 03 in 2013–14,he coached the team to defeat the Melbourne Stars,who were undefeated in the tournament until then. The Hurricanes then lost the final to the Perth Scorchers. Wright then coached the Hurricanes to the semi-finals in the Champions League T20 2014 in India.
Michael Howard Yardy is an English cricket coach and former professional cricketer who played limited over internationals for the England cricket team between 2006 and 2015. He played as a left-handed batsman and captained Sussex County Cricket Club. His unusual batting technique attracted a great deal of attention due to a pronounced shuffle from leg to off immediately prior to the bowler releasing the ball. Yardy also bowled slow left arm with a characteristic round armed action,and was used as a bowling all-rounder in England's One Day International and Twenty20 International teams. Yardy retired from professional cricket at the end of the 2015 season. Yardy was a member of the England team that won the 2010 ICC World Twenty20.
