Alohi Robins-Hardy (born November 30, 1995) is a professional Filipino American volleyball player. She is currently a member of the Philippines women's volleyball team. She debuted in the Philippines with the United Volleyball Club (originally known as the COCOLIFE Asset Managers) and currently plays for the Farm Fresh Foxies in the Premier Volleyball League. [1]
In 2020, she joined the Cignal HD Spikers in the Philippine Super Liga. [2]
Robins-Hardy hails from Waimānalo, Hawaii. [3] She studied and played collegiate volleyball for the Brigham Young University. [4] She is the cousin of Gabe Norwood a professional basketball player who plays in the PBA and member of the Philippines men's national basketball team. [5] Her sister, Kawai, also plays volleyball for the Notre Dame de Namur University. [6]
The PLDT Home Fibr Hitters, or the PLDT Volleyball Club is a former professional men's volleyball team owned by PLDT. It was established in 2013 and originally consisted of men's and women's teams. In 2018, the women's team became merged with the Smart Giga Hitters. The men's team has been playing in the Spikers' Turf since October 2018.
Rachel Anne Lopez Daquis is a Filipino volleyball player. She graduated from the Far Eastern University where she took up Business Management. She was also the team captain of the PLDT HOME TVolution women's team that played in the 2014 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship. She is a former team captain of the FEU Lady Tamaraws in her collegiate years, where she was given the title "Queen Tamaraw". She played in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) with the Cignal HD Spikers and is the PSL's brand ambassador for 2018 to 2019. In 2020, her team Cignal HD Spikers transferred to the Premier Volleyball League.
