Amy Millar (born 14 February 1977) is a Canadian equestrian who competes in the sport of show jumping. [1] [2]

Following a successful junior career, Amy quickly enjoyed success at the Grand Prix level. [3] She made her Nations Cup debut for Canada in 2000 at Spruce Meadows in Calgary, Alberta. [3] She obtained over sixty top 10 finishes with the horse Costa Rica Z. [3] [4] In July 2016, she was a member of Canada's Olympic team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with her horse Heros. [5] In 2017, Amy won the Canadian Championship at the Royal Winter Fair, [6] and finished second in the Canadian Championship in 2018. [7]

Millar is the daughter of Ian Millar, who has represented Canada at 10 Olympic Games. [5] She is also sister of equestrian Jonathon Millar and sister-in-law of Kelly Soleau-Millar. [8]

Eric Lamaze is a Canadian showjumper and Olympic champion. He won individual gold and team silver at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, riding Hickstead. Lamaze has won three Olympic medals, as well as four Pan American Games medals and one World Equestrian Games bronze. He is considered one of Canada's best showjumpers. He is currently banned from participating in equestrian activities until 2027.

Leslie Burr-Howard is an American equestrian and an Olympic champion in showjumping. She won team gold at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics and team silver at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, as well as team silver at the 1999 Winnipeg Pan American Games.

In Style was a Holsteiner gelding ridden by Canadian Equestrian Team member Ian Millar in the sport of show jumping. He was imported to Canada from the Netherlands in 2003. His full brother, VDL Atlantic, is also an international show jumper. Furthermore, VDL Atlantic was a Zangersheide-approved stallion with approved sons of his own. The dam of In Style and Atlantic is Diana, a full sister to Lord Z, himself a strong sire and FEI show jumper under Franke Sloothaak and John Whitaker. In Style was reported to be a sensitive horse with a Thoroughbred-like disposition.

Rebecca Howard is a Canadian Equestrian Team athlete in Eventing. She competed at two Summer Olympics. Her best Olympic results came in 2016, when she placed 10th in both individual and team competitions and was the highest placed female rider.

Bond represented Israel at the 2024 Paris Olympics in team jumping at the Palace of Versailles, and with Team Israel came in 9th.

Erynn Ballard is a Canadian show jumping competitor. She represented Canada at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games in Tryon and the 2022 FEI World Championships in Herning. She took also part in the 2023 World Cup Finals in Omaha.
