The draft was held April 26–27, 2003, at the Theatre at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. The league also held a supplemental draft after the regular draft and before the regular season.

Raleigh McKenzie is an American former professional football player who was a guard and center in the National Football League (NFL). During a 16-year football career, he played for four different teams. Raleigh played guard for the Washington Redskins from 1985 to 1994. He was drafted in the 11th round of the 1985 NFL draft by Washington. Nicknamed "Rallo", he played primarily as a reserve during his first season before becoming a vital starter due to injury. He started in each game after that at any of the five positions on the offensive line, but his speciality was center. He played on two Super Bowl champion teams in 1987 and 1991. He was named to the UPI All-NFL Team in 1991. He also played for the Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers, and Green Bay Packers.
Quinton Roy Ganther is an American football coach and former running back. Ganther played college football at The University of Utah Utes and Citrus College and was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the seventh round of the 2006 NFL draft. He played for five seasons in the NFL with the Titans, Washington Redskins, Seattle Seahawks, and Buffalo Bills.
Steven Wayne Jackson is an American professional football coach and former player who is the secondary & safeties coach for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He played as a defensive back in the NFL for the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans. Jackson was selected by Houston in the third round in the 1991 NFL draft. In 1999, the Titans made it to Super Bowl XXXIV in which Jackson appeared as a substitute; however, they lost to the Kurt Warner-led St. Louis Rams. In 2022, twenty-two years later, Jackson coached the Cincinnati Bengals secondary/cornerbacks in Super Bowl LVI, also losing to Los Angeles Rams.
Ester James Junior III is an American former football player and coach. He played as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for 13 seasons, from 1981 to 1993, with the St. Louis / Phoenix Cardinals, the Miami Dolphins, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Seattle Seahawks. Junior played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide, where he played as a defensive end and earned consensus selection to the 1980 College Football All-America Team. He was selected by the Cardinals in the first round with the fifth overall pick of the 1981 NFL draft. Junior served as the head football coach at Central State University from 2009 to 2013. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a player in 2020.
George Cafego was an American football player and coach of football and baseball. He played college football at the University of Tennessee, earning varsity letters 1937–1939, and professionally in the National Football League (NFL) with the Brooklyn Dodgers, Washington Redskins, and Boston Yanks. He served as the head baseball coach at the University of Wyoming in 1950 and at his alma mater, Tennessee, from 1958 to 1962. Cafego was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a player in 1969.

Antone Dominique Stevenson is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for the Buffalo Bills and Washington Redskins. He played college football at the University of Tennessee and was selected by the Bills in the seventh round of the 2002 NFL draft.
Montori Hughes is a former American football nose tackle. He played college football at University of Tennessee at Martin, and was selected in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL draft by the Indianapolis Colts. He was also a member of the New York Giants, Kansas City Chiefs, Washington Redskins, Memphis Express, and Los Angeles Wildcats.
