Steven Serio is a wheelchair basketball player. As a co-captain of the USA Men's National Wheelchair Basketball Team, he led the American men to their first Paralympic gold medal since 1988 at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Paralympic Games and defended the gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics. He currently plays for the New York Rolling Knicks in the NWBA Championship Division.
Ki Bo-bae is a South Korean recurve archer and three-time Olympic gold medalist. She was the winner of the women's team and women's individual events at the 2012 Summer Olympics and of the women's team event again at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where she also took bronze in the individual competition. Her tally of four Olympic medals places her among the most decorated archers in Olympic history.
The United States competed at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 7 September to 18 September 2016. The first places the team qualified were for three athletes in sailing events. They also qualified athletes in archery, goalball, shooting, swimming, and wheelchair basketball.
Andrés Manuel Pila Solano is a Colombian competitive archer. A lone male archer on the Colombian team at the 2016 Summer Olympics, Pila has collected a total of four medals throughout his five-year international archery career, including a bronze in the men's individual recurve at the 2014 South American Games in Santiago, Chile.
Patrick Huston is a British two-time Olympian archer from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He captured three world championship titles under the youth level, and eventually competed as a member of the two person archery squad of Team GB at the 2016 Summer Olympics, in Rio, losing the first round match to the eventual champion Ku Bon-chan of South Korea. In the Tokyo 2020 Olympics his best result was a men's team 5th. Huston currently lives near Lilleshall National Sporting Centre and trained full-time under senior national coach Richard Priestman for Archery UK, while remaining a loyal founding member of East Belfast Archery Club. Archery at the 2016 Summer Paralympics was held between 10 and 17 September 2016 at the Sambadrome Marquês de Sapucaí in the Maracana zone of Rio de Janeiro, and consisted of nine events. The make up of those events changed substantially from the 2012 games, and consisted of three men's events, three women's events and three events for mixed gender teams. Men, women and mixed teams each competed in two events for compound bow, one for wheelchair athletes, the other open, and an open event for recurve bow, the bow used for all Olympic events.

Jonathon Milne is an Australian Paralympic archer. In April 2015 he won the National Para Championships, held in Melbourne. He represented Australia at the 2016 Rio Paralympics where he won a bronze medal. Milne won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Para Archery Championships.
John Stewart Walker, is a disabled British archer. He won the 2 gold medals in the men's W1 individual compound and the mixed team compound W1 at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro. He was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2017 New Year Honours for services to archery.

Ben Thompson is an American para-archer since 2014. As a compound archery competitor, Thompson won bronze at the 2015 Parapan American Games. At the World Para Archery Championships, Thompson was first in 2017 and 2019 in the men's open compound. During the men's open compound team events with the United States, Thompson was first in 2015 and third in 2017. He also competed at the 2022 World Para Archery Championships and 2022 World Games.
