Andrei Chubsa (Belarusian : Андрэй Чубса; born 29 November 1982) is a Belarusian high jumper.

He won the bronze medal at the 1999 World Youth Championships, finished sixth at the 2000 World Junior Championships and tenth at the 2001 IAAF World Indoor Championships, [1] and won the gold medal at the 2001 European Junior Championships. [2]

His personal best jump is 2.32 metres, achieved in July 2002 in Stockholm. [1]

She was World Champion in 2005, but in March 2013, the IAAF reported that her drug test sample from that event had been retested and found to be positive.

Yury Shayunou is a Belarusian hammer thrower, coached by his father Victor Shayunou. Yury Shayunou has a personal best of 80.72 meters with the 7.26 kg implement, achieved on July 6, 2009 in Minsk at the Romuald Klim Trophy. He has an orthodox countering technique and relies on his controlled throwing, instead of overpowering the hammer with pure strength. He is therefore an efficient and reliable type of thrower, with a high lowest level in comparison to other hammer throwers of the same calibre.

Vitaliy Alisevich was a Belarusian hammer thrower. He competed at the 1986 World Junior Championships in Athletics for the Soviet Union, where he got a gold medal, and represented Belarus at the 1994 European Athletics Championships, taking ninth place. Alisevich also won a gold medal at the Baltic Sea Games in 1997 and a bronze medal at the 1995 Military World Games.
