Andrew Klippel is an Australian music producer, songwriter and engineer. Klippel co-founded Australian dance-pop group Euphoria (1991-1993), before releasing solo music under the alias Elastic (1994) and A.K. Soul (1995+)
Andrew Klippel is the son of sculptor and teacher, Robert Klippel. [1] Andrew spent some years in the UK, before returning to Australia.
By the late 1980s, Andrew began playing live with his own small bands around Sydney, including Andrew Klippel and Electric Soul. In the early 1990s, Andrew formed a songwriting/production company called ESP with Melbourne DJ Ean Sugarman. [2]
In 1991, Klippel co-founded Australian dance-pop trio Euphoria with Holly Garnett and Keren Minshull and in October 1991, released their debut single "Love You Right" which peaked at number 1 on the ARIA Charts. [3] In April 1992, the trio released "One in a Million" which also peaked at number 1 on the ARIA Charts. [3] The trio released the album, Total Euphoria in October 1992, which peaked at number 14 on the ARIA Charts. [3] The group disbanded in 1993. [2]
In 1994, Klippel released a solo single under the name Elastic. "Caution to the Wind" peaked at number 61 on the ARIA charts.
In 1995, Klippel released solo material under the alias A.K. Soul. [4] Debut single "I Like It" was released in June 1995 and peaked at number 28 on the ARIA Charts. [5] This was followed in 1996 by single "Show You Love" and album, Free.
Since 1996, Klippel has become an in-demand writer and producer. Klippel worked closely with Human Nature and then went on to form Engine Room, the home of The Vines, The Veronicas, Lash and Holly Valance. [6]

Alexander Lloyd is an Australian singer-songwriter. Four of his albums, Black the Sun, Watching Angels Mend, Distant Light and Alex Lloyd, released between 1999 and 2005, made the top ten on the ARIA charts. Lloyd has also won the ARIA Award for Best Male Artist on three occasions.
Euphoria were an Australian dance-pop trio formed in 1991. They were founded by producer and songwriter Andrew Klippel on keyboards and backing vocals with lead vocals and dancing by Holly Garnett and Keren Minshull. Euphoria had two number-one hits on the ARIA Singles Chart, "Love You Right" and "One in a Million". Their third single, "Do for You", peaked at No. 7. Their sole album, Total Euphoria, reached No. 14 on the related ARIA Albums Chart. Model Jodhi Meares replaced Garnett after she left in 1992. The group disbanded in mid-1993. Holly Garnett died by suicide in October 1998, aged 29.

Max Sharam is an Australian-American multi-disciplinary artist and singer-songwriter. In the mid-1990s, Sharam had three top 40 hit singles in Australia, "Coma", "Be Firm" and "Lay Down", from her top 10 album A Million Year Girl (1995). She received eight nominations at the ARIA Music Awards of 1995; winning ARIA Award for Best Cover Art with Dominic O'Brien for the album.
The Lobbyist is the third studio album by American-Australian hard rocker, Diesel. It features twelve tracks: four live, five acoustic, and three studio recordings. The album was released on 9 August 1993 via EMI Records and was co-produced by Diesel with Don Gehman. It peaked at No. one on the ARIA Albums Chart and followed directly after his previous number-one album, Hepfidelity (1992). In New Zealand it reached No. 27. The album's title is in "reference to the amount of time he spends in hotels."
Greg Champion is an Australian songwriter, guitarist, radio personality and athlete.
Directions in Groove or DIG were an Australian acid jazz band which formed in 1991 by Alexander Hewetson on bass guitar, Terepai Richmond on drums and percussion, Rick Robertson on saxophone, Tim Rollinson on guitar and Scott Saunders on keyboards. Originally styled as dig they performed instrumental acid jazz before Saunders added vocals. They released three studio albums, Dig Deeper, Speakeasy and Curvystrasse. At the APRA Music Awards of 1996 they won Most Performed Jazz Work for their track, "Futures". They disbanded in 1998 before reforming in 2008 for selected performances and again 2011 to release a fourth studio album, Clearlight.
Living 2001–2002 is a double live album from Australian jam band John Butler Trio. The album was released in February 2003 and debuted at #6 on the ARIA album charts and went on to achieve platinum sales.

Rockmelons, often referred to as the Rockies, were an Australian pop/dance/R&B group formed in 1983 in Sydney. Primary members are Bryon Jones, his brother Jonathon Jones and Raymond Medhurst. They had two Australian top five hit singles in the early 1990s with "Ain't No Sunshine" and "That Word (L.O.V.E.)", both sung by Deni Hines.
