Worldwide, Alcazar sold over 12 million records between 2001 and 2004. "Sommaren i city" is a song written by Bobby Ljunggren, Håkan Almqvist and Eva Lindblad, and recorded by Swedish band Angel. The single was released in 1991 and became a hit upon release. It appeared on their 1992 album Äventyr i natten.

The nightcore remix of her 2012 single "Bomb" has amassed over 20 million views on YouTube across several re-uploads. She independently released her most recent EP in fall 2022, titled "Anxiety Boulevard," which she also produced and wrote.
Äventyr i natten is the only studio album by Angel, a Swedish girl pop band. The album was released in 1992 by Polydor Records and the band participated at Melodifestivalen with the song "Venus butterfly". The hit single "Sommaren i city", which peaked 7th place in Topplistan a year earlier, appeared on the album. The producers were Bobby Ljunggren and Håkan Almqvist.
Linda Sofie Dahl is a Swedish vocalist and songwriter. She is most commonly known as the former lead singer of Angel in the early 1990s, which is famous for their hit singles "Sommaren i City" and "Venus Butterfly". She is also a co-writer of "When Spirits Are Calling My Name".
