Anickadu (a.k.a. Anicad or Anickad) is a village in Kottayam district in the state of Kerala, India. [1]

Kottayam is one among the 14 districts in the state of Kerala, India. Kottayam has no cities or municipal corporations, but it does contain the six municipal towns of Kottayam, Changanssery, Pala, Erattupetta, Ettumanoor, and Vaikom. The district is 65 km south to Kochi. It has the biggest diameter and population, and It is the only district in Kerala having no border with either the Arabian Sea or other states.

Kerala is a state on the southwestern Malabar Coast of India. It was formed on 1 November 1956, following passage of the States Reorganisation Act, by combining Malayalam-speaking regions.
