Sunil Panjabrao Deshmukh is the Member of Legislative Assembly from the constituency of Amravati, Maharashtra, India. He is a member of Indian National Congress (INC). In 2009, he was expelled from the Indian National Congress due to his rebellion in the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha election, 2009 when he was denied a ticket to contest the election from his Amravati constituency in order to accommodate Mr. Raosaheb Shekhawat, the son of then President of India, Pratibha Patil. He was also the Minister of State for Finance and Planning, Public Works and Energy in the cabinet of the Government of Maharashtra (2004-2009). He was also the guardian minister for Amravati and Bhandara Districts of Vidarbha, Maharashtra from 2004-2009. Additionally, he also served as the ex-officio Vice-Chairman of the Maharashtra State Electricity Board's holding company and as the co-chairman of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd.

Devendra Gangadharrao Fadnavis is an Indian politician serving as the 9th and current Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra since 30 June 2022. He served as the 18th Chief Minister of Maharashtra from 31 October 2014 to 12 November 2019. Having been sworn in at the age of 44, he's the second-youngest Chief Minister in Maharashtra's history after Sharad Pawar. Deshmukh is a commerce graduate from Nagpur University.

'Ranjeet Deshmukh, who has served as the agriculture minister in the Vilasrao Deshmukh cabinet between 1999-2004, had also held other portfolios. He had held the position as state unit president of the party on two occasions was the president of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC). He was first elected to the MLA in 1985 from the Savner constituency.

Ramdas Ambatkar is an Indian politician belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party. On 24 May 2018, he was elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Council by receiving 550 votes, beating his rival Indrakumar Saraf from Indian National Congress, who received 462 votes.
