Anjana Sinha is an Indian Police Service 1990-batch officer from Andhra Pradesh-cadre. She is currently on Government of India deputation to Central Industrial Security Force at the rank of Inspector General and serves as the director of National Industrial Security Academy,Hyderabad. [1]
Sinha graduated with Bachelor of Arts in History from Lady Shri Ram College,University of Delhi. She completed her Master of Arts from Jawaharlal Nehru University and Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore with specialisation in public policy. She received Chevening Scholarship,funded by the United Kingdom's Foreign and Commonwealth Office,in Peacekeeping and International Capacity Building at University of Bradford. [2]
Being at the rank of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Sinha was appointed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2016 especially for dealing with crime against women in the state. [3] Sinha applied twice for the deputation to Central Government from her state-cadre,first on 3 January 2016 and again on 26 December 2017. [4] She is currently on central deputation to the Central Industrial Security Force at the rank of Inspector General serving as the director of National Industrial Security Academy in Hyderabad. [5]

The Security Consultancy Wing is a consultancy wing of the Central Industrial Security Force in India,responsible for providing consultancy services to both public and private enterprises in the fields of security and fire safety. The CISF received the mandate to provide such consultancy services to enterprises after an amendment in the Central Industrial Security Force Act,1968,in 1999 and a wing dedicated for this purpose was launched on 7 December 2001 by the Deputy Prime Minister of India,Lal Krishna Advani. Located at the CISF Headquarters in New Delhi and headed by a deputy inspector general of police-rank officer,the wing has provided its services to many public and private bodies including industrial installations,educational institutions and government buildings among others.

He also served as the president of Indian Olympic Weight Lifting Association and was also the Chef-de-mission of the Indian contingent to the 2006 Commonwealth Games. In 1993,Dora was one of the 40-odd policemen marked for death by the People's War Group (PWG).
Harish Kumar Gupta,IPS,is principal secretary (home),government of Andhra Pradesh. He belongs to the 1992 batch of the Indian Police Service. Harish Kumar Gupta hails from Jammu and Kashmir (state). His career spanning over three decades began in the nineties in Undivided Andhra Pradesh. After the bifurcation of the state in 2014,he was retained in the residuary Andhra Pradesh.
