Anjung Kinabalu, also known as Anjung Kinabalu KK Night Market (formerly known as Night Market of Kota Kinabalu until 2024, rebranded as Anjung Kinabalu in August 2024), is a Malaysian night market located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, East Malaysia, showcasing the culture and foods of Sabah. Kota Kinabalu, colloquially referred to as KK, is the state capital of Sabah, Malaysia. It is also the capital of the Kota Kinabalu District as well as the West Coast Division of Sabah. The city is located on the northwest coast of Borneo facing the South China Sea. The Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park lies to its west and Mount Kinabalu, which gave the city its name, is located to its east. Kota Kinabalu has a population of 452,058 according to the 2010 census; when the adjacent Penampang and Tuaran districts are included, the metro area has a combined population of 628,725. The 2020 Census revealed an increase in the municipal population to 500,421, while the wider area including the Penampang and Putatan districts had a population of 731,406.
Beaufort is the capital of the Beaufort District in the Interior Division of Sabah, Malaysia. It was named after former British Governor Leicester Paul Beaufort. Its population was estimated to be around 12,742 in 2010. It is about 90 kilometres south of Kota Kinabalu and about 167 kilometres north of Long Pasia. It has shophouses built high above the roads to avoid the periodic floods of the Padas River. The population of Beaufort is composed mainly of Bisaya, Brunei Malays, Kadazan-Dusuns, Lun Bawang/Lun Dayeh, Muruts and Chinese. Bisaya are the majority ethnic, and the population is scattered around the town. Like other towns in Sabah such as Kota Kinabalu city, Tuaran, Papar, Tawau, Kudat and Tenom, Beaufort was one of the major initial Hakka population centres in Sabah and still has a large Hakka minority.
Penampang is the capital of the Penampang District in the West Coast Division of Sabah, Malaysia. Its population was estimated to be around 93,616 in 2010, with ethnic Kadazan as the majority. It contains, or is synonymous with, Donggongon, which as of 2007, it has a population of 78,086.
Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) is an international airport in Kota Kinabalu, the state capital of Sabah, Malaysia, approximately 8 km (5.0 mi) southwest of the city centre. In 2023, the airport handled over 7 million passengers passengers, making it the second busiest airport in Malaysia after Kuala Lumpur International Airport in terms of both passenger and aircraft movements, though the number fell short of its peak in 2019, when it recorded over 9 million passengers passengers. It is also the third busiest in Malaysia for cargo.
Gaya Island is a sizeable Malaysian island of 1,465 ha, just 10 minutes off Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and forms part of the Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park. Gaya Island derived its name from the word "Gayo" which means big in both the Kadazandusun and Bajau languages and occupies an area of 15 km2 with an elevation of up to 300 metres. Several ridges rise more than 600 feet, peaking at 1,000 feet, along the backbone of Gaya Island.

Greater Kota Kinabalu refers to the dense clusters of regional populated areas surrounding the city of Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia. It comprises the districts of Kota Kinabalu, Penampang, Tuaran and Papar. These districts are also part of the West Coast Division. It was forecasted that in 2019, the combined population of these districts was 1.1 million people, in a combined area of 3,277 km2.

The building is an administration area for the management of supply and marketing of retail fuels, lubricants, commercial fuels, aviation and marine products for Sabah markets. The building also include a showroom for Mercedes-Benz, a shopping centre and medical clinics, pharmacy and physiotherapy clinics. The building's opening was officiated in November 2015 by the Chief Minister of Sabah, Musa Aman.

The Skybridge City Centre Kota Kinabalu or well known as The Sabahan KK Skybridge is a Skyway and pedestrian zone bridge in Sabah, Malaysia. it's been recorded as the first longest Skyway of 2024 in Sabah. It's located near Centre Point Sabah, the one of the shopping centre in Kota Kinabalu. The Sabahan KK Skybridge was officiated by the 16th Chief Minister of Sabah Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor, which was equipped with escalators, an elevator for the disabled and 20 air-conditioned retail kiosks.

In 2024, this shopping center officially connected with other shopping malls through The Skybridge City Centre Kota Kinabalu.
The Kompleks Karamunsing or known in English as Karamunsing Complex is a shopping mall located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. It was one of the earliest shopping malls in the city, along with Centre Point Sabah and Wisma Merdeka. This complex is famous for selling IT products and services.
