Anthony Michael Romaniw (born September 15, 1991 in Hamilton, Ontario) is a Canadian track and field athlete competing in the middle-distance events, predominantly the 800m event. [2] [3] He competed in the 800 metres at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, where he finished 15th. [2] He represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics without reaching the semifinals.

At St. Thomas More Catholic Secondary School, Romaniw was a four sport star in track and cross country where he was the MVP on both teams, badminton and was the captain of the hockey team three times. He ran two years at Dartmouth College [4] before moving back home to finish at the University of Guelph.

Anthony Famiglietti(nickname: Fam; born November 8, 1978, in Medford, New York) is an American track and field athlete who competes professionally for Skechers Performance and Reckless Running. He was formerly sponsored by Adidas. He has competed for the U.S. in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. In December 2019 he ran a World Record treadmill mile of 3:55. He has the first known recorded sub-4 mile ever run on a treadmill. In January 2020 he followed up his mile with a World Record 2 mile run of 8:24 at the Endurance Exchange hosted by USA Triathlon. He is current training to make his 5th Olympic trials and 3rd Olympic team. In spring 2020 he is hoping to become the fourth human being ever to break 4-minute mile on the track at 40 years old.

Andrew James Vernon is a British long-distance runner who specialised in the 5000 metres, the 10,000 metres on track and cross country running. After the 2018 commonwealth games and started to concentrate on the roads winning Manchester Half Marathon with the aim of doing a full marathon in 2019. Vernon competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the men's 10,000 metres. He has also competed in two Commonwealth Games, a World Indoor Championship and six World Cross Country Championships. Vernon is a two-time European Athletics Championship medallist and a Summer Universiade gold medallist. He currently competes for Aldershot, Farnham & District AC.

Keith Alan "KB" Brantly is an American former professional long-distance runner who contended in the men's marathon at the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. Brantly finished twenty-eighth of one hundred and eleven runners who completed the race, in a time of 2:18:17. He is recognized for his extensive distance-running career that encompasses nearly three decades at distances that range from one mile to a marathon.

Donald Cabral is an American cross country and track runner from Connecticut who went on to star at Princeton University. He has been most successful in the steeplechase, but has also been a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) All-American in cross country and the 5000 meters, as well as the Ivy League champion at the 3000 meters. He is a former American collegiate steeplechase record holder and was the 2012 NCAA steeplechase champion. He competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2016 Summer Olympics in the steeplechase. At Princeton, Cabral was an eight-time NCAA All-American and ten-time individual Ivy League champion. He was a long distance running champion in high school for Glastonbury High School, winning two Class LL championships as a sophomore and then open state and New England championships as a junior and senior.

Robert Gary is a retired American track and field athlete who competed in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the 1996 Summer Olympics and 2004 Summer Olympics.

Tim Broe is a retired American long-distance runner. He reached the 5000 meters final at the 2004 Summer Olympics finishing eleventh. Tim competed collegiately for the University of Alabama where his 3,000m steeplechase record still stands. He is a cross country running and track and field coach.
