Araneta Properties Inc. is a publicly listed real estate company involved in real estate development headed by Gregorio Maria Araneta III, a member of the Araneta family.
The Araneta Properties Inc. was originally incorporated as Integrated Chrome Corporation (INCHROME) on June 15, 1988, with operations involving in Ferrochrome and Chromite smelting. The company stopped its operations in January 1966, and changed its name to Araneta Properties Inc., with the business focusing more on real estate while maintaining its smelting operations. [1]
The Araneta Properties Inc., along with Sta. Lucia Land Inc. signed a joint venture project in developing the Colinas Verdes Estates, a 230 hectares (570 acres) estates in 2003, involving housing developments and a golf course. In November 2019, Araneta and Sta. Lucia announced an additional 58 hectares (140 acres) expansion project. [2] [3] The company is also involved in the development of The Altaraza, [4] a 120 hectares (300 acres) residential and commercial venture with Ayala Land, both located at San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The company now aims to develop a 140 hectares (350 acres) new financial district in Caloocan, near the MRT 7 project. [5] [6]
On February 21, 2024, Luis Marcos Araneta, husband of Alexandra Rocha is the new president of Araneta Properties Incorporated and Gregorio Araneta III group of companies after resignation of Crisanto Roy Alcid. [7]
Araneta City, formerly and still commonly known as Araneta Center, is a 35-hectare (86-acre) transit oriented, commercial mixed-use urban development in Quezon City, Philippines. Situated in Barangay Socorro in Cubao, and at the intersection of two major roads, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Aurora Boulevard, the area offers retail, dining, entertainment, residential, office, lodging and parking facilities throughout the complex and hosts over 1 million people daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals, including the railway stations of the MRT Line 3 and the LRT Line 2.

Ayala Malls Trinoma is a large shopping mall in Quezon City, Philippines, owned by property development firm Ayala Land. Opened on May 16, 2007, the mall is located on the east side of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue in Quezon City, giving significant market competition to the nearby SM North EDSA as one of the largest malls in Metro Manila. It is also one of two malls that will be serving Ayala Land's Vertis North township, which is located beside the mall, along with a new lifestyle block mall Ayala Malls Vertis North, similar to Greenbelt in Makati, which was also developed by Ayala Malls.

Among its landmark projects is Forbes Town Center, a 6-hectare commercial and residential district in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila. Another project by Megaworld is the 45-storey Petron Megaplaza office skyscraper, which was the tallest building in the country upon its completion in 1998. Parklinks is a 35-hectare (86-acre) mixed-use development that straddles the Pasig–Quezon City boundaries in the Philippines. It is a joint project of LT Group and Ayala Land located on the banks of the Marikina River in the eastern part of Metro Manila. The riverfront development is the biggest along the segment of C-5 Road north of the Pasig River and is planned to contain a 3-hectare (7.4-acre) central urban park, an esplanade, river terrace, riparian gardens and bike trails designed to make it one of the greenest urban estates in the Manila metropolitan area.
Tutuban Center is a shopping complex and public transit hub in Manila, the Philippines that opened in 1993. It encompasses five retail buildings and a parking building in and around Manila's central train station located in the shopping precinct of Divisoria in Tondo district. The 20-hectare (49-acre) mixed-use development includes the original two-story brick and iron main terminal building of the Ferrocaril de Manila-Dagupan built in 1887, a declared national historical building by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines since 1934. It also includes the Bonifacio Plaza fronting the old terminal building on Recto Avenue where a statue of Andrés Bonifacio was erected in 1971. Its integrated mall complex houses a mix of wholesale and retail bazaars and covers only 8.5 hectares of the total 20-hectare development. The complex will house the interchange station between the proposed North–South Commuter Railway and an extension of the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 according to the masterplan submitted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in 2015. Its redevelopment plan also entails the construction of several mixed-use buildings, including office towers, residential buildings, hotels, a convention center, and a 300-metre (980 ft)-high observation tower to be known as the Tower of Maynila.
