Arif Yadulla Abdullayev (Azerbaijani : Arif Abdullayev; born 28 August 1968, Baku, Azerbaijan) is an Azerbaijani wrestler. Abdullayev gained gold medal at the World Championship in 2003 for Freestyle wrestling organized in New York. [1]

Personal life

He is originally from the village of Ağdərə in the Khizi district. [2]

Abdullayev is married and lives in Baku. He is the brother of olympic champion wrestler Namig Abdullayev. [3]

Ağdərə is a village and municipality in the Khizi Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 241. The municipality consists of the villages of Ağdərə, Qasımkənd, Əmbizlər, and Tudar.

The Azerbaijan Cup 2011–12 is the 20th season of the annual cup competition in Azerbaijan. It started on 26 October 2011 with five games of the Premiliary Round and ended in May 2012 with the final. FC Inter Baku were the defending champions. Twenty-two teams were scheduled to compete in the competition.

René Montero Rosales is a retired amateur Cuban freestyle wrestler, who competed in the men's flyweight category. He has been named a 2002 World freestyle wrestling champion; a silver medalist at the 2003 Pan American Games, and later represented his nation Cuba at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
