The Kings of Wessex Academy, formerly known as The Kings of Wessex School, is a coeducational secondary school located in Cheddar, Somerset, England. As of 2015, it had 1,176 students aged 13 to 18, of all genders and all ability levels including 333 in the sixth form. In November 2016, the academy became part of the Wessex Learning Trust which incorporated eight academies from the surrounding area. Kings is a Church of England school.

The school is often over-subscribed with 266 first-choice applicants in 2009/10, 287 in 2010/11, 282 for 2011/12, 279 for 2012/13 and 268 for 2014/15 against a LEA Planned Admission Number of 260. In September 2013 the number of pupils on roll was 992 and it is expected that will remain relatively unchanged for the foreseeable future. Attached to the main school is a Sixth Form, which at present stands at around 209 students spread between Years 12 and 13. The school is located on Beetons Way, on the outskirts of town, next to St Benedict's Roman Catholic Upper School, with which it used to collaborate in the sixth form.

The school was awarded an "outstanding" rating by Ofsted in October 2013 and May 2017. The school moved to this site in September 2014, having previously been located in the Brinnington area of Stockport. The Brinnington site was closed to make way for a housing development, as the closure of the adjacent Lapwing Sports Centre meant that the school had no sports or catering facilities. The new building is on the site of Offerton School which closed in August 2007. The site is shared with Stockport Music Service
