The Astrakhan constituency (No.74 [a] ) is a Russian legislative constituency in Astrakhan Oblast. The constituency encompasses the entire territory of Astrakhan Oblast.
The constituency has been represented since 2016 by United Russia deputy Leonid Ogul, former Member of Duma of Astrakhan Oblast and paediatric anaesthesiologist.
