The Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer tournament is the conference championship tournament in men's soccer for the Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10). The tournament has been held every year since 1987. It is a single-elimination tournament, and seeding is based on regular season records. The winner, declared conference champion, receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA men's soccer tournament.

The NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament, sometimes known as the College Cup, is an American intercollegiate soccer tournament conducted by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and determines the Division I men's national champion. The tournament was formally held in 1959, when it was an eight-team tournament. Since then, the tournament has expanded to 48 teams, in which every Division I conference tournament champion is allocated a berth. Among the most successful programs, Saint Louis won 10 titles during dynasty years between 1959 and 1973. Indiana has won 8 titles beginning in 1982, whereas Virginia has won 7 titles beginning in 1989. Syracuse won its first national title in its first appearance in 2022.

The West Virginia Mountaineers men's soccer team is the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I soccer team of West Virginia University (WVU). Beginning with the 2012 season, the team was an affiliate member of the Mid-American Conference because WVU is the only school in its primary conference, the Big 12 Conference, that has a varsity men's soccer team. For the 2022 season, West Virginia joined in-state rival Marshall in the Sun Belt Conference, and the Mountain State Derby will become an annual conference game. WVU had been scheduled to leave the MAC for Conference USA but this plan was changed when Marshall changed conferences from CUSA to the SBC.
The Butler Bulldogs men's soccer team is an intercollegiate varsity sports team of Butler University, an NCAA Division I member school located in Indianapolis, IN. The team played its final season in the Horizon League in 2011; on July 1, 2012, the Bulldogs joined the Atlantic 10 Conference for one season. The team currently plays in the Big East Conference.

The team plays its home games at Coffey Field in The Bronx, New York. The Rams are coached by Carlo Acquista.

The team plays its home games at Alumni Soccer Stadium in Davidson, North Carolina. The Wildcats are coached by Mike Babst.

Held from Nov. 14-17, it determined the Atlantic 10 Conference's automatic berth into the 2013 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. The George Mason Patriots defeated the defending champions, the Saint Louis Billikens in the final, thus advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2008.

The 2021 Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer tournament was the postseason men's soccer tournament for the Atlantic 10 Conference held from November 6 through November 14, 2021. The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while the semifinals and final took place at Hermann Stadium in Saint Louis, Missouri. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending tournament champions were the Fordham Rams. Fordham was unable to defend their title, falling to Saint Louis in the Semifinals. Saint Louis would go on to win the tournament, defeating Duquesne 2–1 in the Final. This was the Billikens' third overall tournament title, and the first for head coach Kevin Kalish. As tournament champions, Saint Louis earned the Atlantic 10's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
The 2022 Atlantic 10 men's soccer tournament will be the Atlantic 10 men's soccer tournament for the 2022 season. The tournament will decide the Atlantic 10 Conference champion and guaranteed representative into the 2022 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament. All games in the tournament will be played at the campus sites of the higher seeds. The defending champions are Saint Louis.
