Awakening is the second album by indietronica group Iris, released in 2003. Awakening was the first album to feature Andrew Sega, who added guitars and pushed the band's sound into a more experimental electronic direction.
After several shows that followed after Disconnect , Reagan Jones and Matthew Morris started having arguments about their musical direction. Morris was focused on his personal life, and he wasn't interested in going back into the studio for the second album. He met Andrew Sega through the original singer of CTRL Joel Willard in 2001, and told him that Jones was looking for someone new to work with. Sega and Jones started working on some test tracks, the first of which would later become "Unknown". They felt that the chemistry between the two worked out so well that they started working on the new record that would become Awakening. [1] [2]

Iris was an American synthpop band, formed by Reagan Jones and Mat Morris in 1993. After the release of their first album Disconnect, Matthew Morris was replaced with Andrew Sega, who pushed the band's sound in a more experimental electronic direction. Their final album, Six, was released in September 2019. Iris disbanded in 2021.
Andrew Gregory Sega, also known as Necros, is an American musician best known for tracking modules in the 1990s demoscene as well as for composing music for several well-known video games. He was a member of the synthpop duo Iris from 2001 until its disbandment in 2021. In 2020, he founded the dark wave duo Hallowed Hearts.
Summer in Paradise is the twenty-seventh studio album by American rock band the Beach Boys, released on August 3, 1992 by Brother Records. Produced by Terry Melcher, it is the only album not to feature any new contributions from Brian Wilson, and has been regarded as the band's critical and commercial low point, failing to chart in either the US or UK and receiving almost unanimously negative reviews. In North America, it was the group's first album to only be released on CD and Cassette, with only a rare vinyl pressing which was released in South Korea. The Beach Boys did not record another album of original material until That's Why God Made the Radio in 2012. Summer in Paradise was left out of Capitol's Beach Boys CD reissue campaign of 2000 to 2001, as well as all other reissues for most of the group's discography. Both it and its predecessor, Still Cruisin', are currently out of print.
Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd. is the fourth album by the Monkees. It was released on November 6, 1967, when the Monkees were exerting more control over their music and had started to play many of the instruments themselves, something that their record company had previously forbidden. Unusual Heat is the seventh studio album by British-American rock band Foreigner, released on June 14, 1991 by Atlantic Records. Recorded at several different studios across the state of New York and England, and produced by Terry Thomas and Mick Jones, it was the only album with lead singer Johnny Edwards. He replaced original lead singer Lou Gramm after the latter had parted company in 1990. Edwards, a veteran singer who'd done a tour of duty with Montrose and was then the frontman for another Atlantic act, Wild Horses. As Edwards told UCR in a separate interview, Wild Horses had only just signed its record deal — and although joining for Foreigner was obviously tempting for financial reasons if nothing else, he was reluctant to walk away from his own band after struggling for years to make it on his own terms.
Set It Off is the first studio album released by Thousand Foot Krutch. The album features a fusion of heavy nu metal and softer rap rock songs, mixed with some pop punk influence. Some of the songs were from their independent album, That's What People Do. It was originally released on April 14, 2000. A remastered version of the disc, including six extra tracks, was issued on September 7, 2004. This is the last album to feature guitarist Dave Smith, who left the band in 2002 and the only album to feature drummer Geoff Laforet, who left the band in 2001.

In the Running is the fifth album by British pop musician Howard Jones, released in 1992. It was his last original studio album recorded on the Warner/Elektra label. It contains the US Top 40 hit "Lift Me Up". The album marked a conscious move away from the use of electronic instrumentation and a move to piano based melodies. Guests on the album include Midge Ure and Mark Brzezicki. Rupert Hine was the album's executive producer . A successful acoustic tour took place in 1992 with Howard playing all over Europe and the USA on grand piano accompanied by Carol Steele on percussion. The album was remastered and released on CD in 2012, with Cherry Red Records announcing the 'Expanded Deluxe 3CD+DVD' version in 2021, which will be issued alongside a coloured vinyl version of the album in April.
Disconnect is the debut album by electropop group Iris, released in 2000. This album helped Iris win "Best Band" and "Best Album" awards at the American Synthpop Awards in 2000. Its single, "Annie, Would I Lie to You?" was one of the best-selling records in label A Different Drum's history.
Wrath is the third album by electropop group Iris, released in 2005. Taking the organic style of Awakening and adding guitars, they created this album with "more of a 'rock' feel" than a "'club' feel".

Overdue was the final LP album by The Sandpipers, released by Satril Records in 1976 in the U.K. with catalog number SATL 4006. Other international releases included Australia, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Philippines, and Venezuela. Spanish releases occurred in 1978 and again in 1984. The album was not released in the U.S.
