Azumanga Daioh soundtracks include two original soundtracks to the Azumanga Daioh anime-adaptation, tribute albums and a collection of character image songs. Several soundtrack albums for the anime of Azumanga Daioh were released by Lantis, including two volumes of the Azumanga Daioh Original Soundtrack, collecting the show's score and themes; two tribute albums; and Vocal Collection, collecting character image songs. One single was released for the opening and closing theme of the anime, and eight singles of image songs were released for the main cast members. Most of the releases charted on the Japanese Oricon charts, with the highest ranking album being Tribute to Azumanga Daioh at 68th, [1] and the highest ranking single being Soramimi no Cake/Raspberry Heaven, the opening and closing themes, at 36th. Azumanga Daioh Original Soundtrack, Volume 1 (あずまんが大王: オリジナルサウンドトラック, Volume 1) is the first volume of the soundtrack to the Azumanga Daioh anime television series. It was performed by the Kuricorder Pops Orchestra with Oranges & Lemons providing vocals for the intro and ending themes. It was released in the U.S. by Geneon on 2005-03-08.

Azumanga Daioh is a Japanese yonkoma comedy manga series written and illustrated by Kiyohiko Azuma. It was serialized from February 1999 to May 2002 in the monthly magazine Dengeki Daioh by MediaWorks; three additional chapters were published in Shogakukan's Monthly Shōnen Sunday in May 2009 to celebrate the manga's tenth anniversary. The manga was first released in English by ADV Manga, and later re-issued by Yen Press.

Chieko Higuchi is a Japanese actress and voice actress from Mitaka, Tokyo. She is in the two-person group "Whoops!!" with Maaya Sakamoto.

Tomoko Kaneda is a Japanese voice actress and radio personality born in Yokohama, Japan. She had worked at Aoni Production for 11 years and had worked freelance since April 2011 and it was announced that she transferred to Across Entertainment in August 2011. She graduated from Department of Architecture, Kanto Gakuin University. She is a member of the voice acting unit Drops, which included fellow voice actresses Mariko Kouda, Akemi Kanda, Ai Nonaka and Ryoko Shiraishi and of the voice acting unit SD-Children along with Miyu Matsuki.

Oranges & Lemons is a Japanese band formed by a duo of music composers and performers, Masumi Itō and Yōko Ueno. The duo is most notable for performing the opening theme, and closing theme to the anime television series Azumanga Daioh.

The discography of Do As Infinity, a J-pop and rock band formed in Aoyama, Tokyo, Japan, consists of 13 studio albums, 5 live albums, 10 compilation albums, 31 singles, 19 video releases, and 39 music videos. Composer Dai Nagao of Avex Trax hosted auditions for a band in 1999, eventually choosing Tomiko Van as lead vocalist and Ryo Owatari as guitarist. The trio released their first single "Tangerine Dream" in 1999 and released three more singles between 1999 and 2000 which appeared on their debut album Break of Dawn (2000). Break of Dawn did well commercially, peaking at No. 3 on the Japanese Oricon albums chart. The discography of Eufonius, a progressive pop rock band from Japan, consists of 18 studio albums, 1 compilation album, 27 singles, and 1 music video. Eufonius' vocalist Riya and keyboardist Hajime Kikuchi originally produced independent music individually, but after a chance meeting on the Internet in 2003, the two formed Eufonius. The duo independently released their self-titled debut album Eufonius (2003) at the M3 dōjin music convention, followed by their independently released debut single "Guruguru" (2004) also at M3. Eufonius made their major debut on King with their second single "Habataku Mirai" (2004), which appeared on their major debut album Subarashiki Sekai (2006). "Habataku Mirai" was the first release by Eufonius to chart on the Japanese Oricon charts, peaking at No. 80. The band's highest charting single is "Hiyoku no Hane" (2010), which peaked at No. 16.

<i>Case Closed</i> discography

Case Closed, known as Meitantei Conan in Japan, is a Japanese detective manga series written and illustrated by Gosho Aoyama. The series is serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday since February 2, 1994. It was adapted into an anime series produced by Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation (YTV) and TMS Entertainment where it premiered on YTV. The first episode premiered on January 8, 1996. It is currently ongoing and numbers over 1000 episodes, making it the eleventh longest running anime series. The anime spin off has over twenty animated featured films.

Nano Ripe is a Japanese pop rock duo that formed in 1998 as an indie band. They released three singles and four mini-albums before being signed to Lantis in 2010. Although the core of the band is made up of Kimiko and Jun Sasaki, when they debuted on Lantis in 2010, the band also consisted of bassist Nobuyuki Abe and drummer Shinn. Shinn left the band in 2011, but Yūki Aoyama joined the band as the drummer in 2013. Abe and Aoyama left the band in 2016.

Annabel is an Argentine–Japanese anisong singer signed to Lantis.

Rozen Maiden is a manga series by Peach-Pit. It has been adapted into four anime series by Tokyo Broadcasting System. The anime series had its music produced by Mellow Head with soundtrack composed by Shinkichi Mitsumune. In Mellow Head was renamed to On The Run and in later was merged into Lantis. The anime has also produced several theme music and had their anime voice cast used to produce radio dramas. The soundtrack, theme music, and radio dramas were released by Mellow Head, On The Run, and Lantis. Prior to the anime's creation, a radio drama titled Drama CD Rozen Maiden was produced and released by Frontier Works with their own voice cast.

Fhána is a three-member Japanese pop band that formed in 2012 as an indie band. After releasing one album independently, they were signed in 2013 to Lantis. They released their debut single "Que Sera Sera" in August 2013.

The manga series Kids on the Slope and its anime and live-action film adaptations have had various soundtracks and compilations released around them. The music for the series draws from jazz music of the early- to mid-20th century, and prominently features American jazz artists such as Art Blakey and Bill Evans.

Hiroshi Nishikiori is a Japanese anime director. He debuted in 1999 with I'm Gonna Be An Angel! Two years later, he directed Angelic Layer, which won the Animation Kobe in the television category. Some of his other major works include Azumanga Daioh, A Certain Magical Index, and Argonavis from BanG Dream!

428: Shibuya Scramble is a visual novel video game developed by Chunsoft and published by Sega. The game was released in 2008, and spawned the sequel anime series Canaan, created by Type-Moon and animated by P.A. Works and aired in 2009. The music of 428: Shibuya Scramble and Canaan spans two soundtrack albums, four singles, and one character song album.
