Australian English is the set of varieties of the English language native to Australia.
The English language was introduced to the Americas by British colonisation, beginning in the late 16th and early 17th centuries. The language also spread to numerous other parts of the world as a result of British trade and colonisation and the spread of the former British Empire, which, by 1921, included 470–570 million people, about a quarter of the world's population. Written forms of British and American English as found in newspapers and textbooks vary little in their essential features, with only occasional noticeable differences.

Hakea is a genus of about 150 species of plants in the Family Proteaceae, endemic to Australia. They are shrubs or small trees with leaves that are sometimes flat, otherwise circular in cross section in which case they are sometimes divided. The flowers are usually arranged in groups in leaf axils and resemble those of other genera, especially Grevillea. Hakeas have woody fruit which distinguishes them from grevilleas which have non-woody fruit which release the seeds as they mature. Hakeas are found in every state of Australia with the highest species diversity being found in the south west of Western Australia.

The Honda BR-V is a subcompact crossover SUV which has been manufactured by Honda since 2016. Developed by Honda R&D Asia Pacific mainly for emerging markets, the first-generation model shares its platform with the second-generation Mobilio, which itself based on the lengthened Brio platform. While being dimensionally bigger and offers three-row seating as standard or as an option, the BR-V is positioned below the HR-V. The BR-V has been manufactured and assembled in several Asian countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, India, and Pakistan, and is also sold in Brunei, Mexico, and South Africa. The second-generation BR-V was unveiled in late 2021 and built on a separate platform from the Mobilio.
