Babar Zaman [a] (born 16 September 1966) is a former Pakistani cricketer with a career spanning over 16 years, having played for several cricket teams, most notably Lahore and Pakistan International Airlines between 1985 and 1986 and 1999 and 2000. [1]
Babar Zaman Khan was born in Rawalpindi on 16 September 1966 into a Burki Pashtun family to Javed Zaman and Faryal. [2] His father, Javed Zaman, was a first-class cricketer. Babar's uncles, Fawad Zaman and Humayun Zaman, also played first class cricket. All three brothers represented Lahore Gymkhana Club with distinction. [3]
The Pakistan national cricket team has represented Pakistan in international cricket since 1952. Majid Jahangir Khan, nicknamed "Majestic Khan" by the British press, is a former cricketer, batsman and captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. In his prime, he was considered to be one of the best batsmen in the world. Khan has been claimed as the best ever opening batsman against express pace, averaging over 50 each in test matches and World Cups when opening against the fearsome pace attacks of the 1970s West Indies and Australia, with all but 2 of these matches played away from home. In his first class cricket career spanning 18 years, from 1961 to 1985, Majid Khan played in 63 Test matches for Pakistan, scoring 3,931 runs with 8 centuries, scored over 27,000 first-class runs and made 73 first-class centuries, with 128 fifties. Majid played his last Test for Pakistan in January 1983 against India at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore and his last One Day International (ODI) was in July 1982 against England at Old Trafford, Manchester.
Aaqib Javed is a Pakistani former international cricketer and the current head coach of Pakistani cricket team in all formats. He is also a member of the Men's National Selection Committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board. He was a right-handed fast-medium pace bowler with the ability to swing the ball both ways. He played 22 Tests and 163 One Day Internationals for Pakistan between 1988 and 1998. He was a part of the Pakistan team which won the 1992 Cricket World Cup.

Then he coached Pakistan Woman's Team and led them to win their first Gold Medal in the Asian Games 2010 in China. He is currently serving as the manager of the Pakistan Cricket Team.
