Production

Recording took place at Steel City Studio in Sheffield, Futureworks Studios in Manchester and Mill Bank Farm Studios in East Sussex. [6] Drew Lawson produced the album. [6] Phil Gornell engineered the proceedings with assistance from Grant Berry, Oliver Horner and Rian Dawson. [6] Matt Wilson of Set Your Goals/Chains provides guest vocals on "Deadweight". [6] Elliott Ingham performs additional drums. [6] Lawson mixed the album, while Berry mastered it. [6]

Promotion

On 11 October 2015, a music video for "Deadweight" was released. [2] On 13 December 2015, a music video for "Hopeless Case" was released. [3] On 9 March 2016, a music video for "Tracks" was released. [7]

Release

The album was released on 22 January 2016 through Hopeless. [8] [9] The band is set to go on the 2016 Warped Tour. [10] In April and May 2017, the band supported As It Is on their first US headlining tour. [11]

A Lesson in Romantics is the debut studio album by American rock band Mayday Parade. The band resulted from a merger of two separate bands, Kid Named Chicago and Defining Moment. In June 2006 the band released an EP, Tales Told by Dead Friends, which they sold to people by following the 2006 edition of Warped Tour and offering copies; it eventually sold 10,000 copies. The band signed to Fearless Records in August. A Lesson in Romantics was recorded in early 2007 with producers Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount. Vocalist/guitarist Jason Lancaster left the band in March 2007 citing a lack of writing credit on the band's releases. Prior to the release of A Lesson in Romantics, "Black Cat", "When I Get Home, You're So Dead", and "Jamie All Over" were made available for streaming. After the album's release, the band participated in the 2007 edition of Warped Tour.

<i>So Wrong, Its Right</i> 2007 studio album by All Time Low

So Wrong, It's Right is the second studio album and major label debut by American rock band All Time Low. Following an unsuccessful showcase for Fueled by Ramen, Hopeless Records signed All Time Low in March 2006. They released an EP, Put Up or Shut Up, through the label in July of that year. After amassing 12 songs by January 2007, the band demoed some of them for Paul Leavitt. The group began recording So Wrong, It's Right in April at SOMD Studios in Beltsville, Maryland with producers Leavitt and Matt Squire. The band wrote five additional songs while in the studio. Following an acoustic tour in June, the band participated in Warped Tour, and "Dear Maria, Count Me In" was made available for streaming. After premiering a music video for "Six Feet Under the Stars", So Wrong, It's Right was released on September 25. The band spent the next three months supporting Boys Like Girls on their US tour.

Wishful Thinking is the debut studio album by the Welsh pop punk band Neck Deep. Vocalist Ben Barlow met guitarist Lloyd Roberts when Roberts was working with Barlow's brother, Seb. Following the upload of a song under the artist name Neck Deep, the song gained attention. This attention resulted in the duo obtaining guitarist Matt West, drummer Dani Washington and bassist Fil Thorpe-Evans. The band released two EPs, Rain in July (2012) and A History of Bad Decisions. In March 2013 the band started recording material at Celestial Recordings in Wrexham, where they began recording guitar, bass and vocals. The group then moved to Outhouse Studio in Reading, where they recorded drums. Material was produced by Seb Barlow and the band. "Stand So Tall" and "Everything Gold" was released as singles before the album was released; the former featuring Dan "Soupy" Campbell on guest vocals. To support the album, the band toured with Quiet Company, Stickup Kid, Transit, Motion City Soundtrack and Cartel, among others.

Life's Not out to Get You is the second studio album by Welsh pop punk band Neck Deep. Following the success of their debut album, Wishful Thinking (2014), the majority of the band members quit their day jobs and vocalist Ben Barlow dropped out of university. Working with Jeremy McKinnon, Andrew Wade and Tom Denney, the band recorded their second album between December 2014 and January 2015. Following recording the band immediately went on tour.

During this downtime, Benji and Joel Madden did production work; after working with All Time Low and 5 Seconds of Summer, the brothers, and subsequently the rest of the band, wanted to make a new album. The writing and recording process consisted of the brothers creating a song, showing it to the other members, practice and record it.
