Bad Habit is the second studio album recorded by Canadian singer and songwriter Alee and first to be distributed by a record label. It was released April 21, 2017 through Wax Records and Universal Music Canada. [2] [3] The album includes the top 50 single, "When I Do", as well as three singles previously released from Alee's 2015 EP, Say Hello to Goodbye . [4] Alee co-wrote all nine tracks. [5]

Critical reception

RJ Frometa of Vents Magazine wrote that Bad Habit "runs the emotional gamut from bold and energetic crowd pleasers to Alee's signature blend of sweet but heartbreaking melodies," and called the album "an ambitious and impressive debut." [4]

Singles

"Only the Strong Survive" was released as the lead single from both Bad Habit and Say Hello to Goodbye on October 14, 2014. [6] It reached 32 on the Canada Country airplay chart. [7]

A second single, "Moonshine", was released April 21, 2015. [8] It received generally positive reviews from critics. [9] [10] The song became Alee's first top 20 hit on the Canadian country chart. [11]

"Are You Alone" was initially released to radio August 1, 2016 as the fourth single from Say Hello to Goodbye; [12] it also serves as the third single from Bad Habit.

"When I Do" was released January 27, 2017 as the record's fourth single. [13] It is the album's first single not previously released on the preceding EP. The music video for "When I Do" premiered April 5, 2017 accompanying the announcement of the album's title and release date. [4] The song entered the Canada Country chart at number 50 in April 2017. [14]

The title track, "Bad Habit", was released June 16, 2017 as the fifth radio single. [15]

Avril Lavigne is the self-titled fifth studio album by Canadian singer Avril Lavigne. It was released on November 1, 2013, through Epic Records in North America and Sony Music Entertainment worldwide. Tove Lo discography

Swedish singer and songwriter Tove Lo has released four studio albums, one extended play (EP), 37 singles, six promotional singles and 37 music videos. Lo started her career as the lead singer and songwriter in math rock band Tremblebee from 2006 until 2009. In 2011, she signed a publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Music, and started recording songs. She self-released "Love Ballad" as her debut single in October 2012. The next year, Lo released "Habits", which received positive feedback from music blogs and led her to sign a record deal with Universal Music Group. Bad Habits is the second studio album by Canadian rapper Nav. It was released on March 22, 2019, by XO Records and Republic Records. It follows his previous album, Reckless, released earlier in 2018, as well as his Brown Boy EP, released a week before Bad Habits. The album features guest appearances from The Weeknd, Meek Mill, Young Thug, Gunna, and Lil Durk. The deluxe edition was released four days later on March 26, 2019. It features additional guest appearances from Future and fellow now-former XO labelmates 88Glam. The album debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200, becoming Nav's first US chart-topping album.
