Standard Bank Group Limited is a major South African bank and financial services group. It is Africa's biggest lender by assets. The company's corporate headquarters, Standard Bank Centre, is situated in Simmonds Street, Johannesburg.

She was also the elected Member of Parliament for Nakaseke County North, Nakaseke District She was the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on National Economy and also Chairperson of the Parliamentary Islamic Banking Forum. She was Sub-Saharan Africa's representative to the OIC Women Advisory Panel.
Standard Chartered Uganda, whose official name is Standard Chartered Bank Uganda Limited but is often referred to as Stanchart Uganda, is a commercial bank in Uganda. It is one of the banks licensed by the Bank of Uganda, the central bank and national banking regulator.
Maria Kiwanuka is a Ugandan economist, businesswoman and politician who served as Minister of Finance in the Cabinet of Uganda from 27 May 2011 to 1 March 2015. Since 2015 she has been Senior Advisor to the President of Uganda on financial matters, responsible for the Bretton Woods Institutions.
Samuel Kisakye Sejjaaka is a Ugandan accountant, academic and businessman. He is Principal and Country Team Leader at MAT ABACUS Business School. Between 1993 and 2014, he lectured at Uganda's oldest tertiary institution, Makerere University and rose to the position of Deputy Principal. In December 2014, he retired from the institution at age 50. He then helped establish Abacus Business School, Uganda's premier executive education institution. In 2019, Abacus Business school merged with the Management Accountancy Training Company (MAT) to form MAT ABACUS Business School.
Patrick Mweheire is a Ugandan investment banker and bank executive. He is the regional group managing director and regional group chief executive of Standard Bank Group for Eastern Africa. He took up this position on 1 March 2020.
Herman Kizito Kasekende is a Ugandan businessman, economist, and bank executive. He is the managing director and chief executive officer of Stanchart Zambia, effective February 2017. Prior to that, from 22 July 2012 until 20 February 2017, he was the managing director and chief executive officer of Stanchart Uganda, the second-largest commercial bank in the country by assets, which totaled nearly US$965 million in December 2012.
Monica Azuba Ntege is a Ugandan engineer and politician. She was the Minister of Works and Transport in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016 replacing John Byabagambi, who became Minister for Karamoja. She was replaced by Katumba Wamala in the cabinet on 14 December 2019.

Hope Ekudu is a Ugandan statistician, bank manager and business administrator. She serves as the chief operating officer of DFCU Bank, since August 2020. Before that, she was the Head of Retail Banking, at Housing Finance Bank, effective August 2015.
Apollo Nelson Makubuya is a Ugandan corporate lawyer and author, who serves as the chairperson of the board of directors at Equity Bank Uganda Limited, one of Uganda's commercial banks. He was appointed to that position in March 2017.

She is the managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) of Citibank Uganda, a financial service provider, licensed as a commercial bank by the Bank of Uganda, the central bank and national banking regulator.
Anne Juuko, is a Ugandan investment banker and corporate executive, who is the managing director and chief executive officer of Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, the largest commercial bank in the country, by assets, valued at US$1.6 billion in June 2019. She took up this appointment on 1 March 2020.
Grace B. Muliisa, is a Ugandan banker and corporate executive, who in August 2021, was appointed as the managing director and chief executive officer of Ecobank Uganda Limited, a commercial bank in the country. Prior to that, she was the Head Personal and Business Banking at Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, the largest commercial bank in Uganda by assets.
Rowena Turinawe, is a Ugandan information technology professional and corporate executive, who works as the head of ICT Advisory, Strategy and Research at Centenary Technology Services Limited, the information and communications technology division of Centenary Group. Before that, she served as business transformation manager at National Information Technology Authority Uganda (NITA-Uganda), a government parastatal organization.
Immaculate Irumba Komuhangi, commonly known as Immaculate Irumba, is a Ugandan banker and corporate executive, who works as the chief operating officer (COO) of Cairo Bank Uganda, a commercial bank in the country. Prior to that, she was the senior projects manager at Housing Finance Bank, another commercial bank.
