Bargeddie was a railway station in the village of Bargeddie, North Lanarkshire, Scotland. It was opened as Cuilhill, by the North British Railway on 1 February 1871. [1] It was renamed Bargeddie on 1 April 1904. [2]

Newbridge on Wye railway station stood on the single-tracked Mid Wales Railway between Builth Wells and Rhayader. It was closed on 31 December 1962 and the trackbed removed. The site has been cleared and now contains senior citizens' housing. An overbridge which formed the entry point to the station from the south is still in place.

Aber railway station was a railway station on the North Wales Coast Line in the Welsh county of Gwynedd. Although trains still pass on the main line the station closed in 1960. A signal box on the site remained in use until the installation of colour light signalling.

Parkhead was a railway station in the east end of Glasgow. It was opened as Parkhead, by the North British Railway on 1 February 1871. It was renamed Parkhead North on 30 June 1952 by British Railways. This was to differentiate it from the nearby ex-Caledonian Railway Parkhead station on the former Glasgow Central Railway.

Aberlady railway station served the village of Aberlady in Scotland. It was served by the Aberlady, Gullane and North Berwick railway. This line diverged from the East Coast Main Line at Aberlady Junction, east of the current Longniddry station.

Abington railway station was a station which served Abington, in the Scottish county of South Lanarkshire. It was served by local trains on what is now known as the West Coast Main Line. There is now no station convenient for Abington.

Gallowgate Central railway station was located in Glasgow, Scotland and served the Calton area of that city via the Glasgow City and District Railway. Gallowgate Central was on the Bridgeton Central branch of the modern North Clyde line, now closed.

Longriggend railway station was a railway station serving the village of Longriggend, North Lanarkshire, Scotland. The station was part of the Slamannan Railway which amalgamated with several other local railways to form the Monkland Railways.
