Belize competed in the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019. ^{[1] [2]}

On July 19, 2019, the Belize team of six athletes (three per gender) was announced. ^{[3] [4] [5]} Triathlete Jordan Santos was the country's flag bearer during the opening ceremony. ^{[6] [7]}
