Benson Sakala (born 12 September 1996) is a Zambian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bohemians 1905 and the Zambia national team where he has been appointed captain ahead of 2023 AFCON qualifiers. ^[3]

On 6 July 2023, Sakala signed a two-year contract with Czech side Mladá Boleslav. ^[4]

On 30 May 2025, Sakala signed a contract with Czech side Bohemians 1905 as a free agent. ^[5]
