Billy Morgan (born 2 April 1989) is an English snowboarder, who won a big air Bronze medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea
Born in Southampton, England, he competed for Great Britain at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. [1] Morgan finished 10th in the men's slopestyle final. [2]
Morgan achieved his first podium finish in an FIS Snowboard World Cup event at the World Cup Finals meeting at Sierra Nevada, Spain in March 2013, where he finished third in the slopestyle competition. He finished the 2012-13 season ranked second in snowboard slopestyle in the FIS World Ranking List. [3] [4] Morgan has won three medals at FIS World Cup.
Morgan first took up snowboarding at the age of fourteen on a dry slope after previously competing in acrobatic gymnastics. In April 2015, Morgan landed the world's first "quad cork". [5] The following day, Morgan noted of the Quad Cork "We’d done a bunch of riding that morning, just prepping for it, and had a reshape on the jump. After that, the quicker I did it the better. I thought ‘right, if I don’t do it now, I wont have the minerals to do it’ so I went back up, composed myself, and just sent it.". [6]
He took his first X Games medal in February 2016 at X Games Oslo, where he finished third in the big air competition. [7] Competing at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, Morgan won the bronze medal in the Big Air event. [8]
In an interview published on 23 April 2021, Morgan confirmed he had officially retired from Olympic competition and expressed his desire to serve as an ambassador for the sport to spread snowboarding to younger generations. [9]
Morgan was born to Eddie and Joanne, and has an older brother, Ashley. He attended Bellemoor School. [10] [11] As of April 2021, Morgan lives with his girlfriend and son. [12]
Jenny Jones is a British professional snowboarder who became the first Briton to win an Olympic medal in a snow event after winning bronze in slopestyle at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

Sébastien Toutant is a Canadian snowboarder. He is the Olympic gold medallist in men's big air snowboarding at the 2018 Winter Olympics. Toutant was twice the gold medal winner in slopestyle at the X Games in 2011 and 2013. He has also won two silver medals and a bronze in slopestyle and big air events at the X Games, bringing his total medals in the competition to five.
Sage Kotsenburg is an American snowboarder. He won the first-ever Olympic gold medal in men's snowboard slopestyle at the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia, and became the first gold medalist at these Olympics. Kotsenburg won a silver medal in snowboard slopestyle at the 2012 Winter X Games XVI in Aspen, Colorado, behind Mark McMorris. Kotsenburg won a bronze medal in Snowboard Big Air at the 2011 Winter X Games XV in Aspen, Colorado, behind Torstein Horgmo and Sebastien Toutant.
Mark Lee McMorris is a Canadian professional snowboarder who specializes in slopestyle and big air events. A three-time Olympic bronze medallist, he placed third in each of the 2014 Winter Olympics, 2018 Winter Olympics, and 2022 Winter Olympics in the slopestyle event. While filming for Transworld Snowboarding's "Park Sessions" video in March 2011, Mark became the first person to land a Backside Triple Cork 1440. More recently, on April 28, 2018, Mark landed the world's first Double Cork off a rail, the Front-Board Double Cork 1170, with a melancholy grab. Mark McMorris has won a record-setting 22 X Games medals, In 2012 and 2013, Mark won back-to-back gold medals in Winter X Games in the slopestyle event. In 2023 he defended his Winter X Games gold medal in the men's slopestyle to set a record for the most Winter X Games medals with 22.

Maxence "Max" Parrot is a Canadian snowboarder. He is the reigning Olympic champion in slopestyle, winning gold at the 2022 Winter Olympics and also won a silver in the event at the 2018 Winter Olympics. Parrot has also won six gold medals at the Winter X Games and two gold medals at the Winter X Games Europe.
Anna Gasser is an Austrian snowboarder, competing in slopestyle and big air. She lives in Millstatt. She is the 2018 and 2022 Olympic Champion in Big air.

Isabel Atkin is a British-American freestyle skier who competes internationally for Great Britain. She won bronze in women's slopestyle at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, the first British Olympic medal in skiing.
