Bjorn Surrao is an Indian singer-songwriter, performer, music producer and actor. He initially gained fame for his vocals in the song "Master the Blaster" from the Tamil film Master (2021). The track went on to #1 on iTunes, Apple Music and Spotify listings with over 32 million views on YouTube. [1] [2] Bjorn has an independent music band called "Franks got the Funk". [3] [4] After "Master the Blaster", Bjorn in collaboration with Arivu & Jigarthanda Music worked on a song for Think Music titled "Yenna Sonna" Chennai Super Kings Anthem. [5] His acting gained widespread attention after his supporting comedy role in Doctor (2021). He also starred in Beast with Vijay. [6]

Early life

Bjorn was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His father is a professor in literature and his mother a social work professional. He completed high school in A. M. M. Matriculation Higher Secondary School and his bachelor's degree in commerce from Loyola College. After this he studied music production in Dubai, on returning to Chennai he completed his master's degree in business administration while simultaneously pursuing his musical career. Bjorn, a self-taught musician, started playing the piano and guitar at the age of 11, he began writing songs at the age of 15. During his college days he formed two alternative bands ‘Franks Got The Funk' and ‘Circuit‘ both being well renowned in the college circuit as well as the music industry. [7]

Kaththi is the soundtrack album composed by Anirudh Ravichander, for the 2014 Tamil film of the same name. The film, directed by A. R. Murugadoss and produced by Lyca Productions, stars Vijay in dual roles, with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Tota Roy Chowdhury and Sathish. This film marks the first collaboration of Anirudh with Vijay and A. R. Murugadoss. He composed the film's theme music before signing the project, and started recording the album in late-2013 which was continued till September 2014.

Jagadeesh Kanna is an Indian stage actor, playwright, film director, and lyricist best known for writing and directing Oru Cup Coffee, a short film on mercy killing. and Never Give Up, a play inspired by the life of Olympic athlete Derek Redmond. <i>Master</i> (soundtrack) 2020 soundtrack album by Anirudh Ravichander

Master is the soundtrack album composed by Anirudh Ravichander, for the 2021 Indian Tamil-language film of the same name, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and produced by Xavier Britto under his production house XB Film Creators, starring Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi. This film marks Anirudh's first collaboration with Lokesh Kanagaraj and his second collaboration with Vijay after Kaththi and third collaboration with Vijay Sethupathi after Naanum Rowdy Dhaan and Petta. The soundtrack album features eight songs written by Arunraja Kamaraj, Gana Balachandar, Arivu, Vignesh Shivan, Vishnu Edavan and Bjorn Surrao, with three of them were released as singles. The tracks were released digitally through Sony Music on 15 March 2020. The film also features an extended soundtrack album with two songs "Vaathi Kabaddi" and "Master The Blaster" being released on 13 and 14 January 2021. The soundtrack album has been streamed by 1.5 billion times in music platforms, and was the highest-streamed Tamil album of the year 2020.

"Kutti Story" is an Indian Tamil-language song composed by Anirudh Ravichander for the soundtrack album of the 2021 film Master. The song was sung by actor Vijay and Anirudh, in his second song he sung for Anirudh after "Selfie Pulla" for Kaththi (2014) and the lyrics were penned by Arunraja Kamaraj. The lyrical version of this single was released by Sony Music India on 14 February 2020, and the video song was released on 20 January 2021. The song was earlier titled as "Oru Kutti Kathai" in Tamil, owing to Vijay narrating short stories to fans during his speech at his audio launches.

"Verithanam" (transl. Frenzy) is an Indian Tamil-language song from the 2019 sports action film Bigil directed by Atlee. Composed by A. R. Rahman, the song featured lyrics written by Vivek and sung by actor Vijay, who also played the protagonist in the film. It is the first song Vijay has recorded for Rahman. The song was released by Sony Music on 1 September 2019, and its video version was unveiled on 1 November.

"Arabic Kuthu" is a 2022 Indian song and the first single in the soundtrack of the Tamil-language film Beast, directed by Nelson. The track is composed by Anirudh, who also sang the track alongside Jonita Gandhi, while the lyrics for the track were written by actor Sivakarthikeyan. The film, under the tentative title Thalapathy 65, initially had S. Thaman reported to score for the film. In a turn of events, the makers roped in Anirudh for the production of songs and film score. This film eventually marked Anirudh's third collaboration with Vijay after Kaththi (2014) and Master (2021), and with Nelson after Kolamaavu Kokila (2018) and Doctor.

Leo is the soundtrack album composed by Anirudh Ravichander for the 2023 Tamil-language film of the same name, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj starring Vijay, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Arjun and Trisha. The film is produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar under Seven Screen Studio.

Lokiverse is the Theme song for the Lokesh Cinematic Universe composed by Anirudh Ravichander. It has 2 versions. Original version was featured in Vikram (2022), while the second version was featured in Leo (2023). The second version titled "Lokiverse 2.0" connected the elements of the franchise between the first three installments: Kaithi (2019), Vikram (2022) and Leo (2023).
