Blessing Ufodiama (born 28 November 1981) is an American former triple jumper. She is a three-time United States Olympic trials qualifier, with a best national finish of 2nd at the 2013 USA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Ufodiama attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School, where she won the national indoor HS triple jump championship. She competed collegiately for the Washington State Cougars track and field team. [3]
After graduating Washington State in 2004, Ufodiama took a 3-year break from competing but returned after the birth of her son Emmanuel in 2007 to compete professionally. She went on to register top-10 finishes at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships or USA Indoor Track and Field Championships for seven consecutive years, with a best finish of 2nd at the 2013 indoor championships. Ufodiama qualified for the 2008, 2012, and 2016 United States Olympic trials, but did not jump far enough to make an Olympic team. [5]
Ufodiama jumped her personal best of 14.06 metres at the 2011 Prefontaine Classic, scoring two points in the 2011 Diamond League season.
In 2016, Ufodiama joined the track and field coaching staff at Mira Costa High School. [6]

Dr. Sheila Ann Hudson is an American former track and field athlete and Olympian, ranked among the all-time greatest U.S. competitors in the women's triple jump. Throughout her career, she won nine U.S. triple jump titles, and set two world bests and nine American records. She previously held the indoor American record in the women's triple jump (46-8.25) as well as the outdoor American record in women's triple jump (47-3.5) with a wind aided all-time best jump of 48-1.25. Hudson won the silver medal at the 1994 IAAF World Cup, finished eighth at the 1995 World Indoor Championships, tenth at the 1996 Olympic Games and fifth at the 1998 IAAF World Cup.
Shannon Solares-Rowbury is an American middle-distance runner from San Francisco, California. After competing collegiately for Duke University, she turned professional in 2007. Rowbury has represented the United States at the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Summer Olympics. She also represented the United States at the World Championships in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017, winning the bronze medal in the 1500 meters in 2009. In 2015, Rowbury helped set the world record with the U.S. team for the distance medley relay event, and set a then-American record for 1500 meters on July 17, 2015, breaking Mary Slaney's 32 year-old mark with a time of 3:56.29.
